But the good news is that I do have some backup copies of some of them. I may not always know which videos I may still have access to or not. But I always try my best to archive them. I do try to create backup copies to as many videos, pictures, articles, memes, comments, posts, etc, as I can. I can try to share the videos of me, the green police, at Circle K, from October of 2014, if I run into it. Some of the YouTube channels that had some of those videos were terminated, that is the Joeyarnoldvn and Ojawall channels for example. I have had over 30 different channels on YouTube over the years. I sometimes have copies of my videos on different channels, on hard drives, on other websites, etc. So, I hope I can find some copies of some of these things if I can. Soren Kirchner, they didn't take me anywhere. So, they came to the store, Circle K, in District 4 of Saigon around 6 AM or 7 AM ICT on Wednesday morning, the 8th of October of 2014 (or Thursday, but probably Wednesday). I tried to leave. There were around 5 cops that prevented me from leaving. They threw me to the ground. They broke my glasses. They broke some of my things. They searched my bag without my consent, and that is a crime. I didn't do anything wrong, which means they were being violent to me. No wonder YouTube deleted that. You don't want people to see that. They sat there with me at the store for several hours. They told me to call a translator. The lady knew English. So, they didn't need a translator. So, they basically lied. I called up a Vietnamese friend and he came. They told him I wasn't allowed back at that store. Also, I was teaching English at my friend's English Center nearby. I was also living there, at Mr. Ribs BBQ. Police told my friend, Joseph, that I couldn't live at Mr. Ribs any longer. So, I became homeless around that time as well for like two months. Two days after the police threw me to the ground at that store, I moved into Old Ink, a tattoo parlor store in District 1, where I lived for 13 months. So, long story short, they didn't take me out of the store. They tied up my hands behind my back. They talked to my friend. One of the biggest threats to cellular vitality might be the leaked channels which may be the biggest gates, doors, canals, windows, portals, or bridges between the blood stream and cells. What is this? It looks like a hole. So, small molecules, ions, etc, seem to move through these water channels from the blood and into the cells. Well, are these water channels the biggest cell gates? My concern is that if it is always open, then whatever that is in your blood may leak into your cells to cause problems. I wonder if there are police inside your cells. I wonder, seriously, what kind of immune system might exist inside cells. There are gated channels which are more like doors that closes and opens. So, they seem to be better. So, there may be elevated and accelerated vulnerability at the leaked channels of the cells as opposed to the gated channels. One of the keys to health includes protecting your cells from consuming too much of the wrong things. The more you can minimize the wrong stuff getting into your cells, the better you can be in some cases. I'm watching this video and it is talking about some of these things. Are proteins always made inside cells? One of the building blocks to the construction of proteins are amino acids. When we eat food, especially protein, our digestion attempts to break the protein down into smaller parts. But some foreign protein are not digested, are not broken down, and they get into the bloodstream. Now, I hope foreign protein is too big to squeeze through the cell channels, the walls, the membrane. My concern is that I don't want too much of the wrong stuff getting into the cells. Now, it seems that too many germs, proteins, etc, can get into our bloodstream. The immune system fights back like you said. But the more you got in the blood, the more the body has to work to flush it out. That is why people should fast sometimes. People should experiment on diets. Germs can probably eat some of what is supposed to go to our cells. That means our cells begin to decay, to fall apart, to grow poor, hungry, old, weak. That might be like an indirect effect that germs, viruses, etc, can have on our cells, etc. Eating foods, herbs, vitamins, etc, that can help strengthen the walls of the cells is probably one of the secrets to health. The only thing more vital to that might be to do whatever you have to boost up your immune system. Would you agree? Like you said, the body tries to take care of itself. It auto corrects as much as it can. So, of course, we have to always try to consume specific minerals, vitamins, enzymes, water, air, sunlight, Vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, iodine, sodium, etc. Without enough of some of these things, we can begin to decay, to die. How do we keep too much of the wrong stuff from getting into our cells? That is one of my main concerns. Depends on the definition of anarchy. There are definition definitions to anarchy. But for the most part, bad versions of anarchy is destructive, of course. And like you said, there can be parallels between anarchy, communism, socialism, Obamaism, collectivism, Marxism, Maoism, Stalinism, Leninism, centralization, redistribution of the wealth, the Robin Hood scam, the religion of seeking after a utopia, etc, etc. I encourage anarchy in the sense that people should try to take care of themselves. In other words, free markets, private property, the golden rule, etc. We will never have complete anarchy, globally. What we do get are power vacuums where governments go down and other governments rise up to fill those voids which means anarchy can create tyranny that fills in the gaps. So, we should always try to minimize authoritarianism, cartels, monopolism, corporatism, etc. Generally speaking, the biggest threats have not come from individual anarchy but rather from governmental anarchy. In other words, when governments are corrupt, that is in fact a type of anarchy from the guts of 1984 Big Brother tyranny. Rogue actors within governments are like anarchy agents. So, the swamp is like anarchy within government. Also, government can also encourage citizens and immigrants towards anarchy. This is called divide and conquer. They create chaos so that they can come via the United Nations (U.N.), etc, to save the day. When you follow the money, the main owners, financial contributors, etc, etc, etc, then you will be lead down a path towards people like Obama, Soros, Rothschild, Bill Gates, Oprah, etc. Long story. But blood is like the trucks on the highway. The trucks contain stuff inside. Does that mean blood cells contain stuff inside of it that has to come out and into other cells? That is interesting. There is a lot of water in our bodies, like close to 80% on the cellular level or whatever. The scary thing is the water part of our body is like not our cells. So, it is like water is not our body apart from maybe the water inside cells one might argue. It is like water is not alive at all or not as alive as cells. And beyond that, what is scary is what else may be living inside the small rivers of water, plasma, liquids, electricity stuff, etc. Like, literally, there are rivers, streams, canals, oceans, etc, in our bodies. The good news is that there are good cells/etc that captures stuff that don't belong in our blood. My concern is with whatever they may not capture and stop inside our blood vessels, particularly anything that might be smaller than a cell inside the blood vessels. Like, is the body literally always trying to clean up the blood vessels? I am curious about anything that might be difficult for the body to do or anything that it may not do at all or not as often. It seems that certain cells in our bloodstream may capture other cells that don't belong. But are there also certain cells inside the bloodstream that are trying to capture fluoride and other toxins, impurities, particles, molecules, etc? Are there police inside cells? How does a cell kick out stuff it is not supposed to have like cancer for example? I mean, maybe not cancer as cancer is simply the cells growing too much, too little, incorrectly, etc. But I mean, perhaps, if too much of the wrong stuff get into the cells, then that might lead to the malfunctioning of the cells, AKA cancer. And it is true that cancer is always happening. Everybody has cancer. But the body stops it when it happens. Because cancer simply means a mistake on the cellular level. So, cells die all the time. If a cell is going against the DNA (blueprints), then the body should be getting rid of those cells. So, people normally don't call it cancer until it involves too many cells doing the wrong things in the wrong ways with the wrong things in the wrong places too quickly and/or too slowly and/or etc, etc, etc. So, perhaps, do you think that the ability to throw away and recycle bad cells and old cells is the greatest mechanism to sustaining health? I would imagine that has to be the most vital mechanism on the cellular level because bad things happen all the time. So, that means, you have to fix those mistakes all of the time. By the way, it is amazing that every second, our cells are throwing away stuff out of our bodies, out of our mouths and noses. Like, it is trash day every second. The body is constantly taking in oxygen and breathing out carbon dioxide. I would imagine not 100% carbon dioxide and therefore also who knows what else which mean even at a 0.0000000001% every second, that is still a lot over the course of your lifetime as it is always happening. So, that adds up to a lot. That means that the body is constantly getting rid of stuff in a variety of ways. I have never really thought about that in this specific way until right now. Now, do blood cells split in order to create new blood cells in the same way other cells are created? I want to assume that it does. So, I imagine that blood cells are splitting all of the time while inside the blood vessels. But I wonder if the blood cell splitting may cause some of the contents within a cell to leak into the plasma, the water, the blood vessels, etc. I wonder if that would be a potential problem if too much is leaked from splitting blood cells. But I guess that the leakage is not too excessive if there is any at all. Of course, it is possible that cells don't leak when they split. But I am just hypothesizing. Now, I sometimes forget that blood are cells and not elements like water (H2O), plasma, liquids, etc. I think some people can forget about this. So, blood cells are cells. And then we have cells in our bodies. So, it is interesting how the blood cells can drop off supplies to the other cells in the body. Also, it is important for people to know that the blood cells are just as alive as as other cells in our bodies. So, if we drink blood, that might be problematic, because of that. People can feel like blood is not cells. But they are cells. I forget about that sometimes. So, we also got to take care of our blood cells and not just other cells at the same time. But can germs hide inside water rivers inside our bodies in places where our cowboy police can't find? Or what happens when you have parasites, bacteria, little animals, creatures, germs, etc, that might be bigger or too big for the military inside our body, our immune system, to take care of? I would hope that the body has some way of trying to flush them out or whatever. Perhaps, if the animal is too big for the antibodies, then can the antibodies enter the parasite for example to kill it from the inside out? How do you get rid of parasites? Are they like totally immune to antibodies, etc? I would imagine that the human body can eventually flush out chemicals, parasites, viruses, elements, poisons, molecules, electrons, etc. But the problem is when the bad is outnumbering the good. So, people have to boost up their immune system as much and as often as possible. It is like the wild wild west. You have to stop and rest sometimes. In Frozen II, the snowman jokes about how water has memory. But I have heard about this before. So, our brains have like 80% water or maybe more. So, I wonder if our brain cells can utilize memory from water on top of however else it may retain memory. According to your link, 45% of the blood are the blood cells and 55% is the plasma liquid part. That's good. Can cells extract oxygen from the water in order to breath? If we are almost 80% water, then like 33% of that is like the oxygen as the other 66% is like hydrogen (H2O). I would imagine that is possible but at a very low level that is not enough. It would probably take too much energy to chemically pull apart water molecules, to extract the oxygen from them. Plus, the body needs the water. It could also be time consuming to do that. Plus, there might be side effects to such an experiment on a cellular level. I would love to fantasize that the body does do this a little when it needs to but probably at a level less than 1% per day maybe. Do you trust nano tech, GMO, etc? Good article on RAM vs ROM. So, water is like ROM? That's interesting. I'm a computer guy. I can build computers. I use Ubuntu. So, I love analogies. So, comparing people to computers is fun to do. If they're not spraying nano bots (nano fibers like you said) onto people from the chem-trails (not con trails which don't stay up for hours like chem trails do), the geoengineering, the white lines in the sky, in the air, in America, in many countries around the world, then they are trying to or are spraying some nano bots sometimes in some places. But it is a constant war where globalists and others are always trying to do this and other things. So, I've heard about the nano fibers. So, if there are or were to be too many nano fibers out there, if we are not able to stop that soon enough, fast enough, if we cannot flush them out of our bodies fast enough each day, as fast as possible, if our bodies can't always stop them fast enough, if there are too many, or were to be, if there were not enough natural remedies, pills, vitamins, herbs, chemicals, etc, that could help, then we then should inject ourselves with good nano bots, good nano fibers, etc, etc, whatever that could counter them. There are a lot things happening in the world, good and bad. So, when I get a headache, I take Vitamin C, magnesium, etc. I seek after natural remedies first. So, I would find ways to trigger the nano fibers. It has to have a weakness for example. Same thing with GMO, etc, etc. Whatever it is, I believe in finding things that can deactivate them and things that can flush them out. Oh, wow, I see your link on the patents on nano tech. Wow. Yeah, I heard about that too, that all the cells in our bodies are replaced every seven years. I love the number seven. So, I choose to believe that. So, I would hope that we can also replace cancer cells, nano fibers, GMO stuff, viruses, elements, parasites, bad things, as well. One of the problems is that a cancer cell will probably split and become two cancer cells. I say that to say that even when a cell is replaced, it may not always be replaced with something better. So, the secret to health is not just in replace cells but in finding ways to replace bad cells, etc, with better cells. But generally, what happens is that a 9.0 Level cell might split and might be replaced with a 8.0 cell. And then that will be replaced with a 7.0 cell. And that might be replaced with a 6.0 cell, and so and so forth every seven years or every second or whatever until you are dead. So, basically, that may be part of how people age, grow old, and die. Some people might say it is impossible to turn a 7.0 cell into a 8.0 cell, that you can only decline and not improve. I believe in at least trying, even if people say it is impossible. They say that the brain is only at like 5% o 10% capacity or whatever. Perhaps all cells are at five percent. And perhaps it is impossible to go beyond 100%. But at the same time, perhaps our cells are at 5% and can then therefore improve to get up gradually for as long as possible. If we were already at 100%, hypothetically, then of course our cells wouldn't be able to improve from that. Perhaps, that is part of the reason why people lived longer centuries ago. Are you saying that blood cell creation requires stem cells and tissue cells, bone cells, muscle cells, brain cells, skin cells, organ cells, etc, don't require stem cells as they are created? That makes me wonder why they don't need it and only blood cells do. Also, if a stem cell gives birth to stem cell, then why wouldn't the stem cells, or new stem cells, or whatever, get into the bloodstream in order to do what they do in the bones everywhere, in the bloodstream? I guess you could say that is simply how things are. But I would still want to investigate that more and more. Oh, I guess the answer is that the blood cells have to grow up like people before they are let out of their nest like birds. Once they are mature, then they get to fly like a bird or swim like a fish in the bloodstream. So, perhaps another key to health is in taking care of stem cells, etc. Oh, funny vampire and duck in a sink. Yeah, pH levels, I've heard about that. So, some worms can't live with like 7.2 to 7.4 pH levels. That's interesting. How does the body create the plasma that blood swims in? Somebody flagged my Rey Kissing Kylo Star Wars Profile Picture. Facebook removed that photo and told me that I broke their rules as that photo clearly had nudity. Yeah, naked people. Totally nude. Rated R. Except, it didn't. So, somebody was mad that I was spoiling that new Rise of Skywalker movie. So, I might get banned for another month for that photo. Well, they may even ban me forever. How do you get banned? All you have to do is find somebody who will simply flag your photo, your post, you comment, etc. Facebook has a complaint system. If a person complains about you, then you get punished, even if you are innocent. No trial at all. They simply punish you. I've been punished dozens of times during the 2010's, these past ten years. Well, a new decade is coming. I wish you the best for this coming decade. Merry Christmas from my family to yours. When Facebook bans me off Facebook for good, I will truly miss you all.
