Context: When flooding took, the leader's media staged soldiers walking to "help" the flood victims. Instead, they recorded them walking down the street back and forth for a news clip. They did not help.
Context: The river was flooding and passerby noted sight shields being put up to "censor life". So they walked around the CCP units and shot footage of the reality unfolding before their eyes. That's right. The CCP censor in actual waking life, not just print and video.
