It's ok to not be ok

This came across my feed and I found it to be a great visual tool for myself or anyone else suffering with mental illness. Its no secret that both Yeti and myself unapologetically suffer with mental illness. We have no shame. Nor do we use it as an excuse to act out. If we act out its cause we have chosen to stop doing the shit that keeps us grounded and well both individually, and as a couple. Not gonna lie, when we're but symptomatic at the same time it sucks but we get through it and come out victorious and yielding some new coping skills. Long story short if you are sad or depressed but can't verbalize it this little visual could be just that small thing you need to 1. Speak your truth to someone who you trust 2. Pull you away from the emotion for a second, and in that second you can take a deep breath, and get your senses back in to this moment and 3. You will notice the pretty colors on the page and suddenly find gratitude that you are alive, gratitude for this fucking awesomest moment ever, when you realize that its all just so trivial, and none of it matters, gratitude for your relationships (as much of a pain in the ass they are). Your fucking FLAWSOME and don't you forget it. Who ever made you think you weren't enough is a liar and a fat mouth who I personally would punch in the throat if they were here. Much love humans.
