Dato che questa è la mia prima esperienza come insegnante di classe, mi è difficile definire “il miglior anno accademico”, perché non ho un sistema di paragone con le altre classi che mi permetta di confrontarlo. Credo che le questioni principali siano la pazienza e la perseveranza, sia da parte dell'insegnante che da parte degli studenti. Imparare a leggere, scrivere e usare la calcolatrice è tanto importante quanto complicato, soprattutto per i bambini e le bambine di 5/6 anni. Ecco perché è importante seguirli in questo modo con molta calma, sapendo riconoscere ogni periodo di apprendimento e imparando a sostenerlo secondo le esigenze di ciascuna persona. La pazienza è fondamentale, perché ci consente di creare un ambiente di classe in cui tutti possono prendersi il tempo per imparare, comprendendo che gli errori fanno parte dell’apprendimento e che possiamo imparare da essi e migliorare.
