My beloved country that I love much forever is Bangladesh. I am trying to introduce all the important things that represent my country. Now I am introduce with you our national fruit that's name is "Jackfruit". It is known by every people of my country. As it is available all over the Bangladesh, so it's the main cause to be the national fruit.
People choose it for it's taste. It is too much delicious to eat. You may find few people who do not choose it to eat. All ages people choose it too much. In summer season it is available all over the country. Most of families have jackfruit tree and for that most of people can eat it without cost. Who don't have they need to buy it form the market. Price varies at different areas depend on availability.
Jackfruit also treat as a nutrition food. It is a great source of dietary fiber. Every pulp of this fruit has water 74%, carbohydrates 23% , protein 2% and fat 1%. About 400 kJ(95 kcal) you find from 100g portion and it is a big source of Vitamin B6. It also contains vitamin C and potassium. This fruit can be a potential part of solution for those countries which are facing problems of food security.
