Audrey Hepburn (born Audrey Kathleen Ruston; 4 May 1929 – 20 January 1993) was a British actress, model, dancer and humanitarian. Recognized as a film and fashion icon, Hepburn was active during Hollywood's Golden Age. She was ranked by the American Film Institute as the third-greatest female screen legend in Golden Age Hollywood and was inducted into the International Best Dressed List Hall of Fame. Born in Ixelles, a district of Brussels, Hepburn spent her childhood between Belgium, England and the Netherlands. In Amsterdam, she studied ballet with Sonia Gaskell before moving to London in 1948, continuing her ballet training with Marie Rambert, and then performing as a chorus girl in West End musical theatre productions.

She did a lot in her time.
I have a great quote from her today.
I really like this...
I'm possible!
It's great really.
This is one of those words that really should have never graced the English language.
The amount of doubt and defeat a person feels when they believe something to be impossible is immeasurable.
We can't do this to ourselves.
Believing in the word impossible is giving up.
Impossible is just a made up word used to scare people who don't know any better.
There is no such thing.
If I could pick one thing I would love to get through to the world, it would be that.
There are a lot of things in this world that seem very far out of reach.
There are a lot of things people will tell you are impossible to achieve.
There is not one thing in this world that is actually impossible.
The moment you believe that there is, you begin to limit your scope.
You begin to narrow your own possibilities.
Each thing you may want to do will require a different amount of energy and effort.
Some will require a lifetime.
Many require generations on generations, but nothing is impossible.
100 years ago if you would have told nearly anyone in the world that you thought it possible to talk and share moving images across the world in nearly an instant you would have been thought to be mad.
They may have even locked you up.
Today this impossibility is everyday reality.
It all starts from a thought.
Do you remember the equation?
Repeated Thought = Belief
Repeated Belief = Knowledge
Think something long enough and you'll believe it, once you believe it it is now coming into existence.
Believe it long enough and you will know it, now it is real you just have to reach for it.
If you keep reaching, you will achieve it.
The only question is, do you want to put in the work.
If it is too much work for you fine, but it will never be impossible.
So the next time you start believing in the falsehood of the word impossible remember what Audrey had to say.
