A Tale of Two Americas

David Dorn was the retired police officer who was killed by the mob a few nights ago. David was a real hero, someone who gave his life in the battle of good vs. evil.

Many of us watched in horror as he lay bleeding out on the sidewalk in front of his friend's pawn shop he went to check on. Yet he won't have a funeral with a horse drawn carriage, broadcast on every network in America. Why is that?

George Floyd's murder was just that, a murder, but so was David's. The difference is David was protecting his community when he was gunned down. His life didn't matter even though he was black. Why is that?

Power.
