Copyrighting Our Brains

Our thoughts are digital. That's why I hate digital copyrights.

Brain Phones seeks to copyright our thoughts. Didn't that happen in Minority Report? Also, the Matrix? Also, Black Mirror? Brain Phones will probably inject vaccines into our bodies as well. Coming soon, the Apple iPhone 11, the Brain Phone in 2020, in like a year from now. Our thoughts can be copied, downloaded, patented, deleted, banned, copyrighted. The future is here. That's the problem that we have with copyrights, brain phones, etc.

Copyright

11:35 AM - Copyright threatens our own thoughts.

Copyrighting Our Brains

12:20 PM - IWA

Here is what is happening:

  1. We see the rise in copyrights, patents, trademarks, etc, in the 1900's.
  2. At the same time, we see the rise in digital media.
  3. They began trying to copyright digital media, especially in the early 2000's.
  4. The rise of Facebook and other social networks was partly there to transition people into digitizing their lives into digital media.
  5. The rise of smart phones, especially in the 2010's, helped transition humans towards digitizing private messages, their thoughts, conversations, emails, snail-mail.
  6. They began banning digital media. In other words, they began kicking people off social networks. Psychologically, it is like they are banning our own personal lives that was sucked into the Internet.
  7. Baby monitors, security cameras, tracking devices, and especially
  8. Special effects, in movies, continues to improve. This continues to blur the line between reality and virtuality. This continues to make people feel like we are ALREADY in the Matrix. So, we might as well go all the way into the Matrix or get a Brain Phone in order to escape the Matrix, many feel. They manipulate humans, emotionally as opposed to physically by force. Manipulation by our feelings is more subtle, invisible, subliminal.
  9. Get your iPhone 11, the Brain Phone. In 2020, that is next year, assuming they're not already doing it right now, celebrities will be promoting Brain Phones.
  10. Our online social lives will continue to accelerate in being digitized, collected, studied, manipulated, centralized, etc, in the name of alleged safety, security.
  11. They already copyright music, movie scenes, etc, on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Comcast, etc, etc. The Copyright Wars will continue to accelerate.
  12. Our Thoughts Are Basically Digital Like Digital Media is Digital.
  13. Our Brain Waves will begin interfacing more directly and more often with the Internet, with computers, phones, with Digital Media, with Smart Devices.
  14. The Line between our brain waves and the Internet waves will continue to blur.
  15. They will continue to try to copyright digital media.
  16. Our thoughts will continue to merge more and more with digital media.
  17. They will begin, if they haven't already, trying to copyright our thoughts. And Hate Thoughts will be banned. So, if you're unable to have your Happy Peter Pan Thoughts, then you will be kicked off your Never Ever Island of Reality.

This is why I hate digital copyrights, etc, etc.

Because our brains are digital.

If you can copyright digital stuff.

Then why not copyright all digital things?

Including thought?

I would vote for a new U.S. Constitutional Amendment, like the first amendment, to ban the ability to copyright ideas, thoughts, brain waves, digital media, electricity, light from the sun, virtual light from light bulbs, energy, light from fire, lightning from the sky, and things like that.

Lord Oatmeal, the King of the Grains, would, if I could, also prohibit physical copyrights and not just digital copyrights, in order to focus on the protection of private property rights. In some cases, and potentially in all cases, copyright can violate private property rights. If I could only do one, I would focus on digital copyrights as that is more abstract. Very abstract.

Digital media can be like a photograph. So, for example, if I was in Vietnam in the 1970's and I took a picture of that naked girl, I might say that is my photo. It came from my camera. Imagine somebody trying to copyright that photo that I took. I could say I took it. Legally, we could go back and forth between the lawyers and the defense attorneys before a judge.

If the law allows for photography in a public place, or for historical purposes as with the case with the Vietnam America War Photo that is very famous, then that photo should be the private property of the photographer. If you film people like Project Veritas does in public places like coffee shops or public town squares, then the film should be private property. Copyright has the potential to violate private property rights like CPS violates and separates families, that is children from their parents.

When you take a screenshot on the computer, some might argue that is like taking pictures, digitally speaking. But technically, it comes down to where the digital screenshot was taken. If it was taken on your computer, on your private property, then the digital data might be yours as it is trespassing onto your digital land, that is your hard drive, your computer. A counter argument might be that the screenshot occurs on somebody's website server (computer) that you do not own. So, if that is the case, then you might be trespassing on their private property and that screenshot might be maybe their private property or maybe illegal for you to have. Another argument might be that Microsoft owns all the data on your computer, that is if you are running Microsoft Windows. So, perhaps, they could copyright or delete things on your computer.

Too often, digital data is stored onto many servers around the world. So, the debate on who owns the data is a tough one. That's why I prefer not having the debate at all. I can talk all day about this because it is messy. Digital media runs around all day.

With Brain Phones, our eyes might see something that might be copyrighted. So, Brain Phones will attempt to delete our own memories of what we see from our brains, for example, which reminds me of a Dark Mirror episode 103, the History of You, where they had Eye TiVo. We can go through examples like that all day with what we might see, hear, feel, touch, touch, think, believe, say, etc. Copyright can be good and it can also be bad. It's dangerous partly as it is centralized and as it is selectively enforced like moderation on the Infocomms perhaps.

Digital copyrights is a slippery slope towards mind control, etc.
