Balai Pemuda Surabaya (Youth Center of Surabaya) is laid Jalan Gubernur Suryo No. 15 Surabaya.
I took this photo several hours ago and there were many activity inside that. Actually the outside site of Balai Pemuda Surabaya still under renovation.
This place is functioned as center of cultural and tourist information, also as place for youth activity.
