President rule is not a good sign for democracy but such things happen when no party have a clear majority. In simple words, President rule means suspension of state government and state-run by union government directly. recently congress government failed yo prove the majority in the assembly and BJP and its allies also not claim to have a clear majority to form a government.
LG of Puducherry Tamilisai Soundararajan has recommended suspension of Assembly and implement president rule in the centralized state. Once the president approves assembly will be dissolved. As per the latest news Union Cabinet approves President's Rule in Puducherry which is not a good thing for Puducherry people. I hope the best for the Puducherry people and hope the election commission of India soon conduct the election and give a stable government to the Puducherry people.
