The final touch is the population. People do not pay police, JEKs, for inquiries in departments. Already paid so badly. And now they refused altogether. They do not pay at all. It's when it was!

В Украине исчезла коррупция. Совсем. Абсолютно.

Это мало кому понравилось.
Многие ужасно переживают. Теряют смысл жизни и навыки. Другие разорились. Некоторые выпрыгнули из окон.
Подразделения по взимодействию с коррупцией Генпрокуратуры, СБУ и МВД не помогли. Они тоже в шоке.
И теперь у нас кризис. Очень неспокойно. Когда-то мотивированные люди уезжают в другие страны. Хоть куда.
Куда? Да куда угодно уезжают.
Я вам говорю. Уезжают.
Постепенно возвращаются некоторые "заробитчане".
А дело было так. Запоминайте.
Вначале отказались платить взятки финансовые организации: страховщики, банки. И что страшно, одновременно. Отказались и всё.
Им говорят платите. А они - нет.
Им говорят - а мы лицензии заберём, оштрафуем и привлечём!
А они - нет! Очень страшно, но нет.
Так и говорят. Причём все одновременно.
Вот так. С плеча рубят.
Никто не ожидал.
И главное все дружно. Отраслями. Химики, аграрии, пищевики, текстильщики, металурги и шахтёры. Нотариусы послали решал в "далеко". Адвокаты забыли, кому и сколько.
Судьи вспомнили присягу.
Разрушились схемы и исчезли потоки.
Я вам говорю. И рестораторы не кормят. Только за деньги.
Последний штрих - население. Люди не платят полиции, ЖЕКам, за справки в ведомствах. Уже и так плохо платили. А теперь и вовсе отказались. Совсем не платят. Это же когда такое было!
Проснулся и понял.
Главное одновременно.
