What an absolutely stunner of a day. Sun is out and the chickens are running about like they own the show. Thought I would show you an update of the garden.
The garden beds are now completed. Woop Woop! Square and level.
Next mission is leveling out the paths. Where our garden is there is a bit of a slope and we wanted our garden beds level with eachother so this either meant bringing dirt in or digging the beds down and taking out the surrounding dirt. Yes this is a mission but we are saving a lot of money doing it this way... 
Here are the chooks following along behind us eating up all the grubs and worms. 
And lastly a picture of one of my chooks relaxing in the sun after her fair share of bugs and grubs. 
Just remember to stop and take in the little things....
