Crab Fish Base Soup

After steaming my catch, I would cook veggies and other ingredients in the leftover liquid for a hearty soup. The photo above shows today’s soup.

Today’s ingredients include spinach, green onion, mushroom, garlic, ginger, turmeric, seaweed, millet, quinoa, and different variety of lentils.

It would take about 20 minutes to cook the soup. By the time I am done enjoying the crab and fish, the soup is usually ready to eat.
