Day of canning tomatoes

Today we have a day of canning tomatoes.

We do not make a lot of preparations, because tomatoes, especially cherry, are very tasty and we usually eat them in salads, sandwiches and just like that.

We preserve them in tomato juice, which we once bought in a store for a sale. It's easier than making the juice yourself and we don't have our own juicer yet. Perhaps next year we will correct the situation.

But even with store-bought juice, excellent tomatoes are obtained.

And in addition to the tomatoes, one rooster was slaughtered. True, it was not canned, but put into broth.
