From today's walk.
At least it meant that we didn't have any awkward social distancing dilemmas. We walked for about five miles altogether, the rain started when we were about our farthest from home. And by the time we got back here, it had stopped and the blue sky just had a few fluffy white clouds. Such is the English summertime.
We're both off work for a week. Of course, given the continuing pandemic, "staycation" is the order of the day. We might be daring and get on a train to the coast tomorrow (just under 1hr away) being blown around and soaked at the seaside is the perfect holiday experience.
Still, another day without looking at work e-mails or the WhatsApp group is another successful day!
