En esta ocasión quiero resaltar una cualidad que es muy importante que tengamos todos nosotros, se trata de la calma o ser calmado, porque si tenemos calma en cualquier situación saldremos beneficiados y evitaremos muchos problemas. Eso requiere esfuerzo de cada uno de nosotros, porque a veces es difícil mantener la calma o estar tranquilo cuando te dicen o hacen algo que te afecta a ti directamente y si te duele o te pone emocionalmente mal puede que no sea fácil estar calmados, cuando te das cuenta, te encuentras reclamando tus derechos, pero de una manera no muy conveniente ya sea alzando la voz o incluso insultando a otros, entonces las cosas quizás no salgan muy buenas y en este caso queremos es que las cosas salgan bien. >Hello my friends, it is a pleasure to be with you again here, in this community that welcomes us as your family and makes us feel loved. Ahora bien, pero las cosas son más comprometedoras cuando se trata de un amigo tuyo o es entre amigos, que entonces te dicen o hacen algo que te hiere y te causa dolor de la manera como te lo dicen, te sientes ofendido y no puedes mantener la calma y le dices cuatro palabras para defenderte y entonces resulta que trae consecuencias negativas porque se puede llegar a más discusión y hasta peleas lo que puede resultar en qué esa amistad que lleva muchos años se pierda, por nosotros no permanecer en calma, cuanto hubieramos evitado siendo un poco más pacientes o retirandonos para tranquilizarnos. Entonces ¿podemos estar calmados? bueno todo depende de cómo llevemos la situación, recordemos que evitaremos malos contratiempos si mantenemos la calma por ejemplo en los momentos más difíciles que se nos pueden presentar. Esperamos que estos consejos nos sirvan a todos nosotros para mejorar, en donde lo que nos rodean son siempre personas que carecen de esta cualidad de estar calmados.
