5 Million.
That is the number of Americans that is expected to be unable to pay for even basic expenses for a whole month. This may sound like a irrelevant or small number for many now (especially if you are still with a job or some other form of substantial income), but imagine how quickly that 5 million will increase, especially as the country decides to revert back to draconian lock-downs, of which will doom many small businesses and the jobs that often come with them.
To call 2020 a mental roller-coaster may be an sort of an understatement on me if I’m being frank. Prior to this year, there were many economists and experts that were expecting a downturn at this point, but few could’ve ever expected that this pandemic would be the catalyst for it and that it would bring over 40 million people filing jobless claims. To the ignorant observer, these coming economic may be some of the toughest that we as both a country and globally (many are already calling this the new great depression after all)
However, from my perspective while the future will seem very glim (and rightfully so) there has and will always be opportunities. Opportunities that to those that act will be not only able to survive during this current depression but will also be able to thrive and come out in a better economic shape than what could have ever thought before. There’s a old saying that the best time to make millions is during a recession, and I intend to highlight them to anyone that is willing to listen and take action in order to being themselves into a better place than before.
What type of content to expect moving forward: Every day you will expect a blog style post (whether it be small or long) of me discussing an aspect (whether it be economic news or some interesting business development, etc), and at least once a week, I will do a video (which I will probably upload to 3Speak or LBRY, still haven’t decided yet) discussing topics relating to entrepreneurship, personal development, and financial freedom. To give you all an idea of what I’m going for, you can think of the blog posts as me keeping you all updated on the probs or developments that are going on in the economic world, and the vids will be the solution that I see for surviving and thriving during this hard recession.
With that being said, I’ll be back tomorrow to give y’all some more developments that I feel are important noting out (and maybe even a video on why it’s so important to create your own sources of income).
