- 1 muslo de pollo, 1/4 de repollo, 1/2 pimenton, 1 cebolla, 1 zanahoria, jengibre en polvo, 4 dientes de ajo, sal al gustó, sabroseador, aceite, 1 taza de agua.

- 1 chicken thigh, 1/4 cabbage, 1/2 bell pepper, 1 onion, 1 carrot, ginger powder, 4 cloves of garlic, salt to taste, flavoring agent, oil, 1 cup of water.

**Preparación / Preparation: 🍗**

- Lavamos el muslo de pollo, condimentamos con la sal, sabroseador y jengibre, maceramos por 10 min.

- Lavamos y cortamos en trozos el repollo, la cebolla y pimentón y ajos, rallamos la zanahoria.

- En un sartén añadimos un chorrito de aceite, calentamos y agregamos el muslo de pollo.

- Doramos por ambos lados y añadimos los ajos y cebolla previamente cortados y mezclamos.

- Agregamos 1 taza de agua y corregimos de sal.

- Add 1 cup of water and adjust for salt.

- Incorporamos la zanahoria rallada, tapamos y cocinamos por 20 min a fuego medio, hasta reducir.
