Being a leader is not something as easy as most of thought,it comes with a whole lot of daunting task,but let look at who a leader Is in depth.To most of us we will say a leader is some that leads,yeah" you may be right with that but it's far more than just being the lead.
First will say a leader is someone who creates and guide you in the right part to life, a leader is someone that show you the way,not just showing you the way he is that person who is always ready to carry your burden no matter how hard it is.
Let's take the role of a father in the family for instance,the father is usually regarded as the head of the family and being the hard of the family comes with so many responsibilities,he as the father is meant to provide for the family ,cater for the family ,protect the family in terms of trouble and turbulence that might have one way or the other affect the family,he is meant to bring unity and peace to family so that there will be harmony in the family.
If the Father as the head of the house is not carrying out his responsibilities as expected of him ,there will definitely be lapses and this will go a long way in affecting the life of the family.
The same thing is applicable to being a leader,a leader carries the burden of his followers, he protects them and try as much as possible to be in harmony with his followers.its never easy being a leader as most of the decision making process is on him ,if he makes the right decision,it leads to the upliftment of his followers and if he makes the wrong decision, it lead to the down fall of his followers.
Not everyone is equip with the ability of being a leader,some people are naturally meant to be leaders in their way ,being a leader doesn't mean you must be the president of the country or the governor of your state. the role you play in every situation and you carry out your daily activities,your optimism in everything you see around you,how you relate with people matters a lot as a leader.
A leader that does not relate well with his followers will not be able to provide solution to problems affecting his followers because it will be hard for his followers to relate with him too.
A leader must be selfless, and must be willing to listen to his people.when is obased by his power entrusted to him or her by his followers he automatically becomes the subject of destruction which will definitely affect the followers
With ball of this being said we should know that being a leader is not something easy it entails a lot of hardwork and dedication.
