Espero de corazón que muy bien, por mi parte estoy bien gracias a Dios, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un rico queso gratinado que preparamos en casa de Vero, no lo había hecho antes, así que estaba algo entusiasmada por el resultado, esta idea se nos ocurre a raíz de que probamos un super exquisito queso gratinado en un restaurante ubicado a las alturas del Cerro Copey - Isla de Margarita, queríamos replicar o intentar hacer un queso gratinado similar en casa jaja, a continuación les muestro los ingredientes y luego el paso a paso de esta preparación:

I hope very well, for my part I'm fine thank God, today I want to share with you a delicious gratin cheese that we prepared at Vero's house, I had not done it before, so I was a little excited about the result, this idea came to us because we tried a super delicious gratin cheese in a restaurant located at the heights of Cerro Copey - Margarita Island, we wanted to replicate or try to make a similar gratin cheese at home haha, then I show you the ingredients and then the step by step of this preparation:

Ingredientes:

Queso Mozzarella Queso Palmibufala Margarina Orégano en polvo Aceite de oliva extra virgen Pimienta negra molida Sal rosada himalaya Semillas de sésamo

Ingredients:

Mozzarella cheese Palmibufala cheese Margarine Oregano powder Extra virgin olive oil Ground black pepper Himalayan pink salt Sesame seeds

Los quesos que usamos fueron el queso Mozzarella el cual se usa habitualmente para esta preparación y un queso palmibufalo que debo decir es uno de los más cremosos que he probado, se desase una vez lo tienes en tu boca, nos pareció una excelente combinación. Los corte y coloqué en un pequeño bol.

Luego le añadimos margarina, nos pasamos de la mano con la cantidad, así que diría que al menos tres trocitos de margarina están más que perfectos.

Puedes condimentarlo como quieras, en nuestro caso utilizamos orégano en polvo, semillas de sésamo blancas y negras, pimienta negra molida, un poquito de aceite de oliva, y sal rosada de himalaya, una vez junto y mezclado todo llego el momento de meterlo al horno, la verdad no tome el tiempo, solo espere a que se dorara un poco, incluso sabíamos que estaba listo por el olor que tenía. Casi olvido decirles que la sacamos luego de unos 15 minutos en el horno, para remover todo y lo volvimos a poner en el horno, al salir hicimos lo mismo y ya solo nos quedaba disfrutar con galletas, un error que tuvimos que no haberlo hecho en un bol más amplio, aun así quedo muy bien, quizás luego probemos con otros quesos hasta dar con la receta perfecta, ustedes han hecho queso gratinado? ¡Si tienen algún consejo o tip me gustaría leerlo! 😊.

I almost forgot to tell you that we took it out after about 15 minutes in the oven, to remove everything and put it back in the oven, when we came out we did the same and now we only had to enjoy it with crackers, a mistake we had was not to have done it in a larger bowl, even so it was very good, maybe later we will try with other cheeses until we find the perfect recipe, you have made grilled cheese?
