Begun in 1970, the project was progressively completed in several stages. In 1972 the eight residential buildings of 44 floors and 317 apartments each were completed, then in 1979 the West Tower was inaugurated and in 1983 the East Tower, which have 59 floors each and measure 225 meters. When I had a free moment or was waiting for the elevator to come down, I liked to look out of the hallway window on the 16th floor, where my workplace was located. I was also on other higher floors and if I had my camera or phone handy, I would take pictures. >*Cuando tenía algún momento libre o estaba esperando que llegara el ascensor para bajar, me gustaba mirar desde el ventanal del pasillo del piso 16, donde se encontraba mi lugar de trabajo.
