At the moment the popularity of the @homeless-city is -149 means we need 5 more Garbage Dump to reach the magic zero.

Thanks to the last sponsors to reach 25 cards
After the latest update, the city had the need to reach 25 cards to be able to activate the Garbage dump to drive the popularity up.
The Hivians @sunsea, @beerlover, @coolsurfer and even @gerber send some cards and @detlev as well some funds.
Some weeks before we got support from @dalz @manniman @elements5 @summertooth
I guess we need in total 10 more Garbage Dump cards to reach a level of the city where we can develop more tech to help the Homeless to reach a level as worker.
