Go under the account action in the keys and permissions.
Usually apps want your posting authority, that gives them right to post, comment, vote ... but cant touch your stake/balance ... make sure this is the only permission you are giving away and also if you see some shady or apps that you don't use, remove them.
Splinterlands has increased the value of a lot of accounts and by default attracting hackers ... Hive has some great security features, but in the end its up to the user to secure his funds ...
