Because of the debt ratio is somewhere around the limit, the posts payouts are now mixed from all three currencies.
If the price of HIVE drops, all the payouts will be in liquid HIVE and if it increase the liquid payouts will be in 100% HBD.
Btw, each user have the option to receive 100% payouts in HIVE POWER at any time, basically avoiding HBD if you are bullish on HIVE and don't want the HBD, but at the cost of it being powered up.
You have this option in the advanced menu on peakd, when creating a post.
