The report is provided by this bot which was suspended from Twitter recently, but it is active on the page.
Finding users is a cumbersome task because each has to be checked individually.
The bot will give you an insight into your account and if a ban is lifted. Sometimes it lasts a day or up to a week for certain users.

To see deboosted replies in the bot, choose option YES, and it will show you links to deboosted ( silenced) replies.

From batch 2, and forward I will check Twitter accounts that have been active on Twitter in the last month.
EDIT3:
Shadowban means that Twitter for some reason censors your content, it doesn't mean that you did something wrong there or that it is permanent.
The good thing is that majority of accounts I scan are in very good standing.
Each batch contains 20 users, so I will be checking active users from around 2000 people.
