Seeing that you wrote all of your experience with blogging just to be hit by a reddit bot is a relatable stuff that hurt! !LOLZ
I think whatever platform that has reached mass adoption, whether it was centralized or not, will have a lot of dumb stuff shared all the time. Dumb rules that get introduced and changed all the time. Don't blame them. If Hive lived long enough it'll reach get reduced to the same state. Don't underestimate humanity to break systems.
This was a nice read, though I'll keep using Twitter and Facebook, (probably reddit too,) because each one of them is home to a few friends of mine who like their home.
