Announcing the "LUVbot". Up front...this is in a very experimental, very alpha stage. Is there such a thing as a pre-alpha? Consider it "LUVbot version 0.0.1" - It's working, but it gets stuck. There will be delays. There will be downtimes. Just look at the LUVbot tractor animation at the bottom of this page...it sums up the situation better than I could explain it. I debated putting out this announcement, but the bot has already leaked out in testing. So, I figured I'd go ahead and announce things formally and officially, with this disclaimer. Plus, that's the whole point of an alpha release, right?
As they say, love isn't love unless it's shared and...
...from day one, the goal of @luvshares is to share love around the Hive blockchain. Maybe you like a certain post, or comment, or image, or the person behind it. Maybe someone could use a little love. Give that post or comment an upvote! But, you also might give it some LUV.
Sharing LUV just got easier. (hopefully!)
You can share LUV tokens by replying to a post or comment simply by including !LUV in your reply.
Allow time - below is how it should work in an ideal world. But...allow time.

Notes
- You need to have 5 LUV tokens in your wallet to use the bot. You can get more on Hive-Engine, TribalDex, or LeoDex.
- You can send 3 LUV per day
- You can split up the 3 daily LUV. For instance, you could made three
!LUV 1replies in one day. - Sending LUV tokens through the bot does not decrease your LUV wallet amount. Those LUV tokens are freely given from @luvshares
These are the initial settings. I imagine they will be tweaked in the future.
LUV takes time
The bot currently works, but it gets "stuck in the mud" at times and must be manually dug out. Loov must get out his hammer and bang under the hood to kickstart things. This means the bot can be down for minutes?/hours?/days?/longer? Please allow time for it catch up. And remember: "Love is patient, love is kind." Emphasis on patient here.
If there's a dev with any suggestion on preventing the bot from getting stuck, @crrdlx is all ears on Discord or Telegram. :)
Send from your wallet
Don't forget, you can always send LUV from your wallet. For example, in PeakD, go to your wallet and switch it over to "Hive-Engine" wallet. Send. Or, go to https://hive-engine.com/?p=balances&a=yourusername and replace "yourusername" with your Hive name. Send. (Realize, this will be given from your wallet, not from @luvshares.)

Reality check
Please understand this LUVbot is an "alpha" version 0.0.1. This is all new to me and it's tricky. Also, since @luvshares is new, the resource credits necessary to send LUV are being built. This potentially could cause delays. Understand, it would certainly be ideal for the bot to work more like the animated graphic between Sally and Bob at the top of this page. And, that is the ultimate goal. But realistically, there currently will be glitches, goofs, delays and downtimes.
Bottom line, take this for what it is...a free LUVbot with the best of intentions.
