Hola comunidad de Home Edders este articulo cierra el desarrollo del tema de los derechos humanos para que los que aquí estén interesados, conozcan un poco más del mundo que nos rodea. Esta vez es el turno de los Derechos Humanos de Tercera Generación. Recordando que es en la familia donde se aprende de derechos humanos, en este sentido, los padres deben preocuparse por manejar bien el tema de los derechos para poder explicarle a sus hijos de que se tratan.

These, like the previous ones, were born after the end of the Second World War, and are called Solidarity Rights or Rights of Peoples, and are mainly focused on the protection of peace, the environment and the human being in the face of progress. Although they derive from the Universal Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen, they are diverse rights that are not as clearly established as the previous categories that I have already brought to these spaces, so that the evolution of the ever-changing modern and contemporary world made their specification necessary, especially with technological advances.
Estos nacen al igual que los anteriores con posterioridad al fin de la segunda Guerra Mundial, y son los llamados Derechos de la Solidaridad o Derechos de los Pueblos, y están enfocados en la protección de la paz, el medio ambiente y el ser humano frente al progreso principalmente. Si bien devienen de la Declaración Universal de los Derechos del Hombre y del Ciudadano, son derechos diversos que no están establecidos tan claramente como las categorías anteriores que ya he traído a estos espacios, por lo que la evolución del mundo moderno y contemporáneo siempre cambiante, hizo necesaria su especificación, sobre todo con los avances tecnológicos.

From the 1980s onwards, environmental issues began to be specified, since they were not previously treated as a point of relevance as they are today. Among the rights included are the right to sustainable development, the right to self-determination of peoples in terms of political and economic systems, technological rights to achieve the protection of privacy and personal life against the management of global information, the right to peace and conflict resolution mechanisms, respect for genetic manipulation, the right to a common heritage, among others.
A partir de los años 80 empezó a especificarse lo relativo al medio ambiente, ya que antes no era tratado como un punto de relevancia como hoy en día. Entre los derechos que se incluyen están, el derecho al desarrollo sostenido, a la autodeterminación de los pueblos en cuanto a sistema político y económico, derechos tecnológicos para lograr la protección de la privacidad y vida personal frente al manejo de información global, derecho a la paz y a los mecanismos para la resolución de conflictos, respeto a la manipulación genética, derecho a un patrimonio común entre otros.
These rights can be said to be complementary to the previous categories, being very novel as they adapt to the world as society changes, especially due to the impact of new technologies in our lives.
Estos derechos puede decirse que son complementarios de las categorías previas, siendo muy novedosos ya que se adaptan al mundo conforme va cambiando la sociedad, sobre todo por el impacto de las nuevas tecnologías en nuestras vidas.
They are more active rights on the part of the State with more obligations to "do" not only to respect the right to, but also that the State actively promotes these scenarios to exercise them constantly, seeking to resolve armed conflicts or situations that violate the main human rights, implementing strategies to prevent environmental pollution for example, enacting laws that protect us from the invasion of our privacy or the use of data without our consent. These are much more participatory rights on the part of both society groups and the State.
Son derechos más activos por parte del Estado con más obligaciones de "hacer" no solo es respetar el derecho a, sino que el Estado fomente activamente estos escenarios para ejercerlos constantemente, buscando resolver conflictos bélicos o situaciones que vulneren los derechos humanos principales, implementando estrategias para evitar la contaminación ambiental por ejemplo, promulgando leyes que nos s protejan de la invasión a nuestra privacidad o al uso de data sin nuestro consentimiento. Son derechos mucho más participativos tanto por parte de los grupos de la sociedad, como del Estado.

Cuidar nuestra vida, nuestra libertad y defenderlas. Conocer a profundidad los derechos de tercera generación permite generar estrategias para desarrollar en nuestros hijos la conciencia ambiental y el cuido del medio que nos rodea. Hoy necesitamos de más personas ocupadas en el cuidado de todo nuestro ecosistema.
To exercise rights from the first generation to the third generation, we can propose to do activities with our children where we show them respect for life and care for the weakest, how to exercise our rights without violating those of others and the fundamental care of nature. One of the activities that I recommend especially with the youngest children because it worked for me with my godson, is "talking with images" this activity consists of showing the child different images related to mistreatment, discrimination, theft, damage to the environment and all the things that represent anti-values.
Para ejercitar los derechos desde los de primera generación hasta los de tercera podemos proponernos hacer actividades con nuestros hijos donde le mostremos el respeto a la vida y el cuidado de los más débiles, de cómo ejercitar nuestros derechos sin violentar los de otros y el fundamental cuidado de la naturaleza. Una de las actividades que recomiendo especialmente con los más pequeños pues me funcionó con mi ahijado, es la de “hablando con imágenes” esta actividad consiste en mostrar al niño diferentes imágenes relacionadas con el maltrato, discriminación, el robo, el daño al medio ambiente y todas las cosas que representan los antivalores.

Seguidamente le solicitamos al niño que seleccione varias imágenes y que él nos explique que ve en ellas o porque las escogió eso nos dará pie a nosotros como adultos para comenzar a hablar de los derechos, es una actividad muy hermosa porque además logramos establecer una comunicación con nuestro pequeño partiendo de una imagen que a él le llamo la atención.
