As it's weekend I decided to pay a visit to my cashews farm, since the harvest season is almost upon us, that mean there's a need for thorough and continues checking of the farm against trespassers like farm product Thief, herdsmen (cattle rearers) and children.
Since Some of the cashews are becoming ripe, this usually attract children and thief's to invade farm with the hope of plugging some in the absent of the farmer.
And as I was about to get to my farm yesterday afternoon, I saw some school children on the cashew tree, but on sighting me, most of them ran away, but one of them couldn't because I recognize him from afar and call his name to let him know I saw him(he's the son of my neighbor).
I warm him against such act, and shew him some of the unripe ones they've destroy in the process of trying to plug few ripe one's.
The other children later came to apologize cause they felt he'll tell me all their names and I'll report them to their parents.
So I repeated my warming to everyone one of them, then gave them all the once they've plugged, but I ask them to give me all the cashew nuts, which I plan on keeping in preparation for another planting season.
The full harvest season might be in last week of fabaury or early march, as what we have now are few early harvest, that requires being careful when plugging not to affect the unripe ones.
