On the second of August I started my #maizechallenge2022 was initiated by Comrade @felixxx . I started mine late because I had issue getting a piece to engage in the challenge. But starting late is now becoming a blessing for me because my initial fear was for how long will this raining season last. But to my greatest surprise it has been raining since the second half of raining season started around that middle of August.
A lot of developments have happened.
Some of the development that have happened within 2 months are:-
Some of the maize plants now have massive height.
Some of the maize plant have grown tassel.
The female maize are having silk air style.
This is one of the negative Development,some of the maize plants have fell because of heavy rain with heavy wind blow. This happened to maize plants that their roots are not strong.
Probably! By the end of October they should reach harvest period.
