Some days ago I harvested some cassava which the bush rat are spoiling , after harvesting I decided to turn it to cassava flour.
Firstly I peel the back of the cassava and the peel I will dry it for the goat 🐐 to eat and then I soak the cassava inside a clay pot and I fill it up with water and cover the clay pot to avoid dirt from entering inside. I will leave it for three days so that I will soften . Then after third day let see what next . Stay tune and keep an eye on my blog.
