All this is easily available everywhere and if you go to a little fancy restaurant then you will see an even bigger menu there and on hearing the name, you feel like eating everything but believe me you should not get into the habit of all these things.

I have learned to control myself for the last few months and I am proud of myself for this because I have been successful in doing so. I have realized that whenever I used to eat outside food, I used to have some stomach-related problems but since I have stopped eating outside food, this problem has stopped. So I think that maybe eating outside food is not suiting me. Whatever the reason may be, but I am happy that I decided to stop eating outside food and this is a very good decision. There are two benefits of this, one is that it is having a good effect on my health and secondly, my money is also being saved because nowadays everything has become online, so we do not pay much attention to our expenses. But believe me, when you sit to calculate, you will see that a lot of your money is wasted. First, you party with your friends or sit alone somewhere and enjoy fast food.

In the beginning, it is a little difficult to stop yourself but whenever you feel like eating, think what difference it will make to your health. Maybe you will also not eat it. I was also stopping myself like this but now I don't feel like eating because since I have started eating homemade food, I am feeling good from within. If you eat very oily and spicy food, then your mind becomes a little strange and if you eat light food, then your body also feels light and you feel happy from within and this is what is necessary.

Eating outside becomes a compulsion for many people but I believe that if you are already spending so much money, you should spend a little more money and show that you have cooked some good food for yourself. You live alone, it seems difficult for some days but gradually we get used to it. I will not always say that I am an expert in cooking but believe me, when I live alone, I cook some food for myself so that I can fill my stomach and I feel that this is enough for me. Although I live with my family, I do not have to worry so much about food, I get everything readymade, but sometimes the circumstances are not in our favour, then we have to think, so I would say that as much as possible you should avoid such things which are harmful for your health.
