In simple words- whenever you get vote from IndiaUnited, you can see comment in your posts and now if you upvote that comment then that 100% value will go to the curator as a reward. As of now curators are not paid and they are volunteering. Hope I am able to make it easy understand for you.
Also if You hold IUC token then you get extra up to 20% vote based on IUC tokens holding.
