Yo me siento feliz de estar otra vez por aquí, con ganas de hacerme más frecuente en esta comunidad. Hoy en especifico me pareció bien contarles unos tips que por lo menos en mi casa tenemos con mi perrito a la hora de bañarlo para que pueda quedar con su pelito hermoso y blanquito sin ninguna mancha. Esto en mi casa es importante ya que a veces el puede hacer pipi en un sitio y sentarse ahí mismo donde hizo pipi, por esto es tan necesario bañarlo con detenimiento y paciencia.

Today in particular I thought it would be good to tell you some tips that at least in my house we have with my dog when it comes to bathing him so that he can have a beautiful white coat without any stain. This is important in my house because sometimes he can pee in a place and sit right there where he peed, that's why it is so necessary to bathe him carefully and patiently. 

Hoy me toco bañarlo ya tenia sus días sin bañarlo y ya le tocaba. Hoy decidí bañarlo a profundidad ya que tenía su pelito muy sucio por andarse metiendo en lugares con polvo.

Yo lo que hago primero es preparar el baño, de forma que no tenga que salir de el para sacarlo ni nada por el estilo, que pueda terminar con el y que salga feliz a seguir jugando.

Luego lo llevo a la ducha y pongo el agua bastante tibia, ni muy fría ni muy caliente, a un punto ideal para el. Luego con un visitó voy echándole agua teniendo mucho cuidado de sus orejas y sus ojos. En mi caso me gusta ponerle unos tapones con algodón que nos recomendó su veterinaria, para que no le caiga nada nada de agua dentro de los oídos, ya que eso podía causar infección.

Then I take him to the shower and turn the water quite warm, neither too cold nor too hot, at an ideal point for him. Then I pour water over his ears and eyes, taking care of his ears and eyes.  In my case I like to put some cotton plugs that his veterinarian recommended us, so that no water falls into his ears, since that could cause infection. 

Algo que hice en esta vez en especifico fue ponerle un poco de jabón azul. Mi madre y yo hablamos con varios veterinarios y nos explicaron que por ponerle de vez en cuando jabón azul, no le causará daños ni nada por estilo.

One thing I did this specific time was to put some blue soap in his ears. My mother and I talked to several veterinarians and they explained to us that by putting blue soap in his ears once in a while, it won't cause any damage or anything like that. 

No siempre le colocamos jabón azul, solo cuando de verdad está muy sucio y su pelo necesita un cuidado extremo.

We don't always put blue soap on him, only when he is really dirty and his coat needs extreme care

Luego de esto me gusta ponerle muy muy poquito acondicionador en la punta de su pelo, sin tocarle la piel, para que su pelo quede más sedoso y más hidratado.

After that I like to put very little conditioner on the top of his coat, without touching his skin, to make his coat silkier and more moisturized.

Yo siempre trato de que el baño no sea un monento estresante para el, la mayoría de veces meto juguetes a la ducha para que no lo vea como un monento feo, pero si, el no es nada fan de los baños. De igual modo hay que bañarlo, por eso siempre tratamos de que sea lo más agradable y rápido posible.

I always try not to make the bath a stressful moment for him, most of the time I put toys in the shower so he doesn't see it as an ugly moment, but yes, he is not a fan of baths at all. He still needs to be bathed, so we always try to make it as pleasant and quick as possible. 

Luego de 10min bañandolo, paso directamente a sacarlo con una toalla para después pasarle el secador. El secador es un momento muy delicado, donde debes mínimo tener el secador a 30cm de distancia de tu perrito, ya que este puede ser muy agresivo y lastimarme la piel.

After 10 minutes of bathing him, I take him out with a towel and then dry him with a hair dryer. The dryer is a very delicate moment, where you must have the dryer at least 30cm away from your dog, because it can be very aggressive and hurt my skin.

Yo lo que siemore hago es que mientras lo voy secando, agarro un cepillo y voy pasándolo para quitar cualquier nudo que pueda tener y así que su pelo quede esponjoso.

What I always do is that while I am drying him, I take a brush and I pass it to remove any knot that he may have and so that his hair is fluffy.

El secado siempre es un monento largo y tedioso para mi, ya que tengo que estar cepillando y moviéndome mucho para que todo quede uniforme

Drying is always a long and tedious moment for me, since I have to be brushing and moving around a lot to make sure everything is uniform.

Luego de que está listo, le pongo un poco de perfume especial para perros y juego un rato con el. Normalmente no le seco la cara ya que esto le incomoda mucho y le molesta también, por eso dejo que la cara y la cabeza en general se le seque al aire libre.

After he is ready, I put some special dog perfume on him and play with him for a while. Normally I don't dry his face as this makes him very uncomfortable and bothers him too, so I let his face and head in general to air dry.

Luego de su baño siempre le doy un premio por portarse bien en ese momento que se que detesta
