Me encanta dormir en compañía de mi gata Mau, ella duerme conmigo prácticamente desde el día que llego a vivir con nosotros (mi familia y yo) y ya han pasado 12 años, es decir, lleva 12 años durmiendo a mi lado. Al tener tanto tiempo descansando junto a ella, ya es una costumbre despertarme y encontrarla a mi lado, incluso a veces me despierto y me encuentro con que ella me estaba observando mientras dormía de una forma muy tierna.
Usualmente, suele acurrucarse cerca de mi torso o se duerme encima de mi brazo, le encanta ponerse así y que yo le haga cariño, la tengo superconsentida.
I love sleeping with my cat Mau, she sleeps with me practically since the day she came to live with us (my family and I) and it's been 12 years, that means, she's been sleeping next to me for 12 years. Having so much time sleeping next to her, it is already a habit to wake up and find her next to me, sometimes I even wake up and find that she was watching me while I was sleeping in a very cute way.
She usually cuddles close to my torso or falls asleep on my arms, she loves to be like that and to be cuddled by me, I have her super spoiled.
Siempre que la veo durmiendo, aprovecho para tomarle muchas fotos porque me encanta como se ve, duerme de una forma muy tranquila y siempre pareciera que estuviera sonriendo. Una de las cosas que me hace mucha gracia de ver dormir a Mau, es que ella ronca y lo hace bastante alto para ser un gato, pero no me molesta para nada, es gracioso.
Whenever I see her sleeping, I take the opportunity to take lots of pictures of her because I love the way she looks, she sleeps in a very calm way and always seems to be smiling. One of the things that makes me laugh when I see Mau sleeping is that she snores and she does it quite loud for a cat, but it doesn't bother me at all, it's funny.
Mau siempre ha sido una gata tranquila, así que es normal encontrarla simplemente recostada en mi cama o en algún sofá del apartamento. Ella puede estar recostada sin dormirse por mucho tiempo, solo dedicándose a observar su entorno, para ver que está pasando.
Muchas veces ella se fastidia de que le tome fotos, lo cual es bastante gracioso porque pone cara de "déjame en paz" pero aun así al final se deja tomar de forma tranquila. Creo que lo que sucede es que le llama la atención el sonido de la cámara de mi celular al tomar la foto, entonces se empieza a mover.
Mau has always been a quiet cat, so it is normal to find her just lying on my bed or on a couch in the apartment. She can lay there without falling asleep for a long time, just observing her surroundings, to see what's going on.
A lot of times she gets annoyed that I take pictures of her, which is quite funny because she makes a "leave me alone" face but still in the end she lets me take pictures of her in a calm way. I think what happens is that the sound of the camera of my cell phone when I take the picture catches her attention, so she starts to move.
¿Ven a lo que me refiero cuando les digo que sonríe cuando duerme?, me encanta.
La compañía de Mau para mí es muy preciada, disfruto cada momento que comparto con ella y que duerma a mi lado me da mucha paz, se siente bonito. Espero poder seguir disfrutando de su compañía por más tiempo.
You see what I mean when I say she smiles when she sleeps?, I love it.
Mau's company is very precious to me, I enjoy every moment I share with her and having her sleeping next to me gives me a lot of peace, it feels nice. I hope I can continue to enjoy her company for a while longer.
