Today I want to tell you about a lovely pet that accompanies my days, she is Yuli.
Yuli is a little 9 year old Poodle who still thinks she is two years old. She jumps, jumps, plays and runs around. If there are children for her it is a delirium, she loves children and playing with them. The only thing she lacks is talking, she seems like just another kid.
Usually on weekends I go with her to the park to play. During the week it is complicated, besides I live in a very central place, so there are no recreational areas for her. The few times I take her out for a walk near the apartment, she comes back stressed by the noise of cars and people.
When we go for walks she likes to explore the environment, smell plants, get in the water, eat plants, it's a way to deworm herself and of course she looks for scraps of sticks from the trees and brings them to me to throw at her.
It's a game she loves, even though she doesn't know how to hand over the stick to be thrown back to me, you can tell she really enjoys it.
One of the last times we went for a walk, Yuli was desperately looking for a stick, and she found it, but not before she started chewing on it and swallowing the remains of sticks. Meanwhile I was with camera in hand taking pictures of what he was doing.
The result coughing and throat clearing, the poor thing got stuck with little stick shells and wouldn't be quiet until she got them out of her mouth. That didn't stop her, as she immediately grabbed the rest of the remaining stick and took it to me to throw at her.
As a record of what happened to her, in one of the pictures you can see how she is trying to get the rest of the stick out of her mouth with her tongue out. It was very funny to watch.

Hoy les quiero hablar de una encantadora mascota que acompaña mis días, ella es Yuli.
Yuli es un pequeño Poodle de 9 años de edad que todavía cree que tiene dos años. Salta, brinca, juega y corretea. Si hay niños para ella es un delirio, le encantan los niños y jugar con ellos. Lo único que le falta es hablar, parece un muchacho más.
Usualmente los fines de semana voy con ella al parque a jugar. Entre semana es complicado, además vivo en un lugar muy céntrico, por lo que áreas de esparcimiento para ella no existen. Las pocas veces que la saco de paseo cerca del apartamento, regresa estresada por el ruido de los carros y la gente.
Cuando vamos de paseo a ella le gusta explorar el entorno, oler plantas, meterse en el agua, comer plantas, es una forma de desparasitarse y por supuesto busca restos de palos de los árboles y me los lleva para que se los lance.
Es un juego que a ella le encanta, aunque no sabe cómo entregar el palo para que se lo vuelvan a tirar, se nota que lo disfruta mucho.
Una de las últimas veces que salimos de paseo, Yuli estaba buscando desesperadamente un palo, y lo encontró, no sin antes comenzar a morderlo y tragarse restos de palos. Mientras tanto yo estaba con cámara en mano tomando fotos de lo que hacía.
El resultado tos y carraspera, la pobre se atoró con pequeñas conchas de palo y no se quedó tranquila hasta que los sacó de su boca. Eso no la detuvo, pues enseguida tomó el resto de palo que quedaba y me lo llevó para que se lo lanzara.
Como constancia de lo que le ocurrió en una de las fotos se ve como ella con su lengua afuera está tratando de quitarse los restos de palo de la boca. Fue muy gracioso verla.
