Hola de nuevo! Hoy les traigo un nuevo set de fotos del nuevo miembro de la familia, Yoshi. Hace una semana publiqué un post presentándoles a Yoshi, mi nuevo y hermoso gatito. Ha sido una semana algo movida ya que al ser un gato prácticamente de la calle, tenía que darle su consulta correspondiente al veterinario para saber que todo estaba en orden. Cuando Yoshi llegó a la casa notamos que su colita estaba un poco torcida, pero el veterinario nos dijo que parece que se lesionó la colita hace ya un tiempo y se curó así, por lo que quedó torcida, cosa que no importa porque aún así tiene la colita hermosa. Otra cosa que notamos es que lagrimeaba mucho por un ojo, eso es debido a que al parecer se lastimó allí capaz por una pelea con alguno de sus hermanitos de la camada, sin embargo ya se le ha curado poco a poco. Eso sí, algo que pasó fue la desparasitación, cuyos efectos secundarios nos pusieron nerviosos aquí en la casa. Le cayó muy mal en el estómago y vomitaba de vez en cuando, sin embargo, se desparasitó de una manera increíble y al día siguiente estaba sumamente activo.
Actualmente Yoshi está demasiado hiperactivo, va al baño con regularidad y ya aprendió a hacerlo en su cajita de arena. También aprendió el lugar donde come, y me da algo de risa cómo exige su comida, además de que cada vez que le sirvo la comida y pongo el plato arriba olfatea el sitio del plato y maúlla exigiendo que lo devuelva. También tiene la costumbre de maullar mucho para pedir atención, sobre todo conmigo. Debido a que trabajo a veces me la paso algunas horas fuera de casa, y cuando llego a mi hogar Yoshi me recibe con unos maullidos intensos pidiéndome que lo cargue y lo acaricie. Otra costumbre que tiene es la de quedarse mirando la ventana, debido a que tenemos un comedero de pájaros nos vienen a visitar muy seguido, y eso parece que despierta el instinto cazador de nuestro gatito. Cada vez que ve a los pájaros se queda mirando la ventana por un buen rato y hace sonidos raros, sin embargo no los caza debido a que tenemos las ventanas cerradas y bueno, él tampoco es que lo intente mucho, ya sabe que no debe pasat la ventana. Otra costumbre que tiene es escalar hasta mi hombro, por alguna razón desde que lo adopté tiene esa costumbre, de hecho él vino hacia mí la primera vez que lo vi de esa manera y ahí supe que él básicamente me adoptó a mí. Tiene mucha energía, me maúlla bastante para que juegue con él, y nos pide mucha atención de vez en cuando. Suele dormir en muchos lugares de la casa, como el sofá de la sala, la silla de la computadora de mi mamá, las camas, y también el sofá-cama de mi cuarto. Yoshi nos ha traído mucha felicidad, ya quiero mostrarles como sigue creciendo y traerles mas fotos!
Hello again! Today I come to you with a new set of photos of the newest member of the family, Yoshi. A week ago I published a post introducing you to Yoshi, my new and beautiful kitten. It has been a busy week since he was practically a street cat, so I had to give him a visit to the vet to make sure everything was in order. When Yoshi arrived home we noticed that his tail was a little bit crooked, but the vet told us that it seems that he injured his tail some time ago and it healed that way, so it was crooked, but it doesn't matter because he still has a beautiful tail. Another thing we noticed is that she was tearing a lot from one eye, that is because apparently he got hurt there, maybe because of a fight with one of her siblings of the litter, however it has healed little by little. One thing that did happen was the deworming, the side effects of which made us nervous here at home. He was very sick to his stomach and vomited from time to time, however, he was dewormed in an incredible way and the next day he was very active.
Currently Yoshi is too hyperactive, he goes to the bathroom regularly and has already learned to do it in his litter box. He also learned the place where he eats, and it makes me laugh a little bit how he demands his food, and every time I serve him food and put the dish up he sniffs the place of the dish and meows demanding it back. He also has a habit of meowing a lot to demand attention, especially with me. Because I work I sometimes spend a few hours away from home, and when I get home Yoshi greets me with intense meows asking me to hold him and pet him. Another habit he has is to stare at the window, because we have a bird feeder they come to visit us very often, and that seems to awaken the hunting instinct of our kitten. Every time he sees the birds he stares at the window for a long time and makes strange sounds, however he doesn't hunt them because we have the windows closed and well, he doesn't try very hard either, he already knows he shouldn't go past the window. Another habit he has is to climb up to my shoulder, for some reason since I adopted him he has that habit, in fact he came to me the first time I saw him that way and that's when I knew he basically adopted me. He has a lot of energy, he meows a lot for me to play with him, and he asks for a lot of attention from time to time. He usually sleeps in many places in the house, like the living room sofa, my mom's computer chair, the beds, and also the sofa-bed in my room. Yoshi has brought us a lot of happiness, I want to show you how he keeps growing and bring you more pictures!
