Hola comunidad de hive hoy les traigo un tema diferente, hablaremos sobre las mascotas y como ellos pasan a formar parte de nuestro núcleo familiar, desde mi experiencia les contaré sobre mis perritos, aunque es un poco triste hablar de uno de ellos, porque actualmente no está entre nosotros, espero que les guste esta historia y puedan disfrutar al máximo el tiempo de calidad con sus mascotas si aún están en sus vidas.

Mi perrito de raza Poodle nació el 22 de marzo del 2004, cuando fui a su primer encuentro yo tenia 10 años y el tenía tres meses de nacido y estaba con sus hermanitos; es importante aclarar con ustedes que él no era el que me correspondía, porque su dueño mencionaba que era muy gruñón por lo cual le colocaron ese nombre, ellos habían elegido uno más tranquilo para mí, aunque yo me decidí por el gruñón , al ser tan sólo un cachorrito parecía un osito el cual le doy por nombre Peluchín, él se convirtió en un compañero de vida siendo como mi hermanito menor, ya que al ser hija única me sentía muy sola y él cubrió ese vacío que sentía en ese momento, construyendo a mi lado momentos inolvidables , como por ejemplo: viajaba con nosotros a Margarita o visitábamos a familiares en otros Estados.

Una de las anécdotas vividas con él, fue que cuando viajamos al Estado Mérida, compramos bocadillos de guayaba (Dulces criollos). Le dimos a probar uno gustándole mucho, cuando el quedo solo en la casa, bajo la caja de la mesita de noche y se los comió, escondiendo la envoltura de los dulces debajo de la cama, al llegar mi madre del trabajo y darse cuenta que los dulces no estaban, le reclama a mi padre porque se había comido todos los dulces, él sorprendido mencionó que no se los había comido, descubriendo que el Peluchín fue el que había realizado esa travesura, se encontraron los envoltorios debajo de la cama, lo cual no causó mucha risa y hasta el día de hoy siempre tenemos presente su tremendura.

Cuando cumplí 11 años a mi madre le detectan cáncer de seno y metástasis de húmero derecho, mi perrito me ayudó a sobrellevar esta situación que estaba pasando con mi madre, el dormía conmigo, yo le contaba sobre mis miedos si llegaba a perder a mi madre siendo yo tan pequeña. Cuando mi madre llego a buscarme al colegio una compañera hizo un comentario ofensivo hacia ella porque se le había caído el cabello, por consecuencia de la aplicación de la quimioterapia, cuando las otras compañeras le mencionaron que era que mi mamá tenía cáncer, ella me pidió disculpas, esta situación me dejo como reflexión enseñarle a mis hijos el respeto hacia las otras personas, nunca se sabe el motivo del porqué de las cosas y no hay que hacer bullyng de los demás. En ocasiones Peluchín dormía con mi madre y no dejaba que mi padre y yo nos acercáramos a su cama, cuando tenía el drenaje cuidaba que nadie se lo tocara.

Luego que mi madre sale de esta enfermedad, una prima en el mes de Abril del año 2013 le regala una perrita Poodle ligada con Terry, de tres meses de nacida y decidimos darle por nombre Chiqui y fue una gran compañía para Peluchín, repitiendo las mismas travesuras que hacia él de cachorro, como por ejemplo: mordernos los zapatos y sandalias, morderme los cuadernos que dejaba en la cama, volvía loco a Peluchin porque quería jugar con él a cada momento y ya él había superado esa etapa , les enseñamos a cuidarse , decidiendo ellos dormir juntos como hermanos, paseaban , comían , los llevábamos a la peluquería , por lo que la ausencia de Peluchin también le ha pegado mucho a Chiqui ya que estaba con él desde muy cachorra y todavía al pronunciar su nombre levanta la cabeza buscándolo .

Princess, we could not leave her alone for long, because she was afraid that they would abandon her again, we had to stimulate more love and attachment to her family and her little brothers. An anecdote is that when she hears very loud noises she gets scared, she jumps over the door looking for shelter in us.
En mes de Julio del año 2013 llega a nuestras vidas, la cachorrita que por nombre lleva Princesa, es una Maltes la recibimos con tres meses de nacida. Su historia es distinta a la de nuestras otras mascotas, un día que llevamos a los otros perritos a la peluquería canina, vimos una cachorrita, muy pequeñita caminando de un lado a otra, parecía un ratoncito, con vestido rojo de pepas blancas y le preguntamos al dueño por la perrita, la encargada expresó que la estaban dando en adopción y nadie la quería, cuando se la presentan a mis padres se le pego al pecho de mi padre y no se quería bajar del carro, nos dio mucho dolor y decidimos adoptarla formara parte de nuestra familia, siendo una hermanita más para Peluchín y Chiqui, los cuales la acobijaron con mucho amor, en las noches dormían los tres juntos. Princesa no la podíamos dejar mucho tiempo sola, porque tenía temor de que la abandonaran nuevamente, tuvimos que estimularle más amor y apego hacia la familia y sus hermanitos. Una anécdota es que cuando escucha ruidos muy fuertes se asusta, brinca por encima de la puerta buscando cobijo en nosotros.

Cada una de las experiencias con ellos fueron distintas, sin dejar a un lado que a las perritas las adoramos porque actualmente son parte importante en la vida de mi hijo William que también es hijo único y él manifiesta que ellas son sus amigas, diariamente juega con ellas, la sacan al parque está al pendiente de su aseo personal y ayuda al abuelo en la realización de la misma.

Al momento del fallecimiento de Peluchín, William no entendía la situación y se puso muy triste, porque él todas las mañanas los iba a buscar a los tres para darle los buenos días y jugar con ellos, haciendo énfasis en que su perrito no estaba allí, tuvimos que explicarle que Peluchín se había ido al cielo y costó que comprendiera que ya no lo iba a volver a ver. Hoy en día acepta con naturalidad que su perrito está en el cielo.
