Hello dear pet-loving community! This is my first post in this community and although I don't have pets I couldn't pass up this opportunity to share with you someone else's pet, so today I want to introduce you to Silvestre.

Hola querida comunidad amante de las mascotas! Esta es mi primera publicación en esta comunidad y aunque no tengo mascotas no podía dejar pasar esta oportunidad de compartir con uds. la mascota de otros, así que hoy quiero presentarles a Silvestre.

This charming little kitten is an Ocelot puppy, and is the pet of one of my brothers. Silvestre came to my brother's home when he was still a baby, although he is still a puppy but he has grown up a lot.
Now he is a member of the family, he already plays with the dogs and with the other cats, even with the children of the house. But what Silvestre likes the most is to eat the fish in the pond, he is always stalking them and when he manages to catch one he doesn't let go!

Este pequeño encantador gatito es un cachorrillo de Ocelote, y es la mascota de uno de mis hermanos. Silvestre llegó al hogar de mi hermano siendo aún un bebé, aunque todavía es un cachorro pero ha crecido bastante.
Ahora él es un integrante más de la familia, ya juega con los perros y con los demás gatos, incluso con los niños de la casa. Pero lo que más le gusta a Silvestre es comer los peces del estanque, siempre está acechándolos y cuando logra atrapar alguno ya no lo suelta!
They are evaluating giving Silvestre to a wildlife sanctuary, but unfortunately in Venezuela sanctuaries are under attack, the economic crisis and the loss of values and respect for wildlife endanger the animals that are hunted and sold in the illegal wild pet trade. Silvestre will continue to wait for a good opportunity to be reintegrated into the wild, meanwhile he will continue fishing in the pond and hunting my sister-in-law's chickens! 😂

Se está evaluando entregar a Silvestre a un santuario de fauna salvaje, pero lamentablemente en Venezuela los santuarios están siendo atacados, la crisis económica y la pérdida de valores y respeto hacia la fauna, ponen en peligro los animales los cuales son cazados y vendidos en el comercio ilegal de mascotas salvajes. Silvestre seguirá esperando una buena oportunidad para ser reintegrado a la vida salvaje, mientras tanto seguirá pescando y cazando las gallinas de mi cuñada! 😂
