Hello dear HivePets Community, I'm here again, with a canine adventure to tell you about. My niece Samantha, the owner of the only puppy left in the family, is going to stay a few days at my house, but she won't come alone, she will bring "Kira" with her. Sebastian is obviously very excited, but I am not so much, because "Kira" is used to sleeping inside the house and she is not trained yet. Cleaning up dog waste is not my favorite job. Mi sobrina Samantha, la dueña del único cachorro que quedó en la familia, se va a quedar unos días en mi casa, pero ella no vendrá sola, se traera a "Kira". Sebastián obviamente esta muy emocionado, en cambio yo, no tanto, porque "Kira" acostumbra dormir dentro de la casa y aún no está entrenada. Limpiar desechos caninos, no es mi labor favorita.
However, I always try to make Sebastian happy, so I accepted the challenge. Obviously the hardest thing after the cleaning was to get "Manchita and Kakita" to allow this little intruder into their home. Sin embargo, siempre procuro hacer feliz a Sebastián, así que acepté el reto. Evidentemente lo más difícil después de la limpieza, era lograr que "Manchita y Kakita" permitieran en su hogar, a esta pequeña intrusa.
When they saw her arrive, like all the puppies in the world, they started sniffing each other, but it didn't stop there. Manchita and Kakita were not very happy, in fact they agreed to intimidate poor Kira, with threatening looks and gestures, as if they were tasting her little fur. Cuando la vieron llegar, como todos los perritos del mundo, empezaron a olfatearse, pero la cosa no paro allí. Manchita y Kakita no estaban muy felices, de hecho estaban de acuerdo en intimidar a la pobre Kira, con miradas y gestos amenazantes, como saboreándose su pequeña piel.
Kira kept her pride intact, standing firm but not daring to move from her place. The other two, on the contrary, kept looking at her and circled like sharks around her. The relationship between all of them became turbid when Manchita began to bark and Kakita kept sniffing her very closely, invading her personal space, to the point of disabling her movements. Human action was necessary to separate this trio of beasts. Kira mantuvo su orgullo intacto, se paró firme pero no se atrevía a moverse de su lugar. Las otras dos en cambio, no dejaban de mirarla y giraban como tiburones a su alrededor. La relación entre todas se puso turbia cuando Manchita empezó a ladrar y Kakita no paraba de olfatearla muy de cerca, invadiendo su espacio personal, hasta el punto de inhabilitar sus movimientos. La acción humana fue necesaria, para separar a este trío de fieras.
It was then when I told the children (Alejandra, Samantha and Sebastian) to hold them for a while to take some pictures, so they could sniff each other without the risk of hurting her. They all wanted to hold Kira and none of the other two, the victorious one was her owner, that was obvious, but Kira realized the power she had over humans. The dominant race in that home. Manchita and Kakita, in turn, begged for more attention at the point of depression. Kira había desarrollado el Poder del Confianza y apenas se le acercó, esta se defendió con un fuerte gruñido. Kakita no pudo disimular el asombro ante tal actitud. Y con su colita entre las piernas, permitió que la pequeña Kira correteara por el patio con total tranquilidad. How not to do it? she almost lived up to her color because she was so scared.
