Welcome to Photo Quest !! For this week Photo Quest has asked us to... Show us your best !! ... I had to think hard about this cause i wanted to bring to you another side of me you may have noticed i am a nature lover and find it more easily to photography nature like landscapes , sunsets , sunrises well anything that doesn't fly away like birds and butterflies actually would love to photograph them as well if , i had the time and patience but today , i am going to show you the other side of me not only am , i an nature lover but also a animal lover and for dogs and cats , i have all the patience in the world to stand there and photograph them why because they don't fly away and cats or dogs are mainly always sleeping so you can take you time position your camera at what ever angles you like and snap away.
In my neighborhood there are a few dogs and cats around and there isn't one them , that doesn't greet me when we cross paths we all get on just fine but , i would firstly like to introduce to you our precious cat Molly.
Molly came into our life 10 years ago when we made our move out of the big city of Sydney and bought our first home in the town of Shoalhaven in a suburb called Mollymook which was near the beach coastline , a week been in our new home , i was out in the back yard and i could hear a cry coming from what sounded like a baby kitten , i followed the crying out for help and could see this little kitty stuck between the fence and the chicken pen , i couldn't get myself in between the fence and the chicken pen as the gap was about 3 cm so you could imagine this kitty was in a tight situation the chicken pen had been build almost up against the fence what , i had to do was cut away the chicken wire pen fence with a pair of small bolt-cutters around the little kitten to free her she was scared and crying but after a few minutes , i had her free and she came gently into my hands we took her inside clean her up and fed her , we became instant friends she wouldn't leave my side was so cute thus we called her Molly after our suburb Mollymook. Today she is still a bundle of joy to be with and still tries to get in to tight spots.
When Molly is not sleeping she will be with Bluey our next door neighbors cat he is a beautiful pure white cat with one blue eye and one green eye , i had never seen two so different distinctive colored eyes on a cat till , i met Bluey.
Bluey and Molly have been friends for nearly five years actually from the first day we moved into our new home we bought in Byron Bay after selling our other home in Mollymook we can not separate these two , if Bluey is not in and around our home Molly will jump the fence to go and be with Bluey and they will have a great long sleep by the pool they really do have a great relationship going here we are lucky we had Molly de-sexed otherwise there would be a few little Bluey's and Molly's running around here today.
