¡Hola! Queridos amigos de Hivepets y Liketu! Espero que todos estén bien 😊
Les quiero presentar a mi nieta, se llama Mily, es una Carey muy traviesa y con energía infinita 😅 muy al contrario de su madre que siempre ha sido amargada desde bebé jajaja pero esta llena de amor. Un dato curioso de los gatos carey es que son una raza común pero con un pelaje muy característico que juega con el blanco, el naranja y el negro. La gran mayoría son hembras ya que esta característica prácticamente nunca se manifiesta en los machos y eso se debe a los cromosomas!
Tiene una hermana que es muy parecida, digo que son gemelas, y si, las gemelas más hermosas de mi mundo, esta otra bebé se llama Milena, ella es igual de loca y llena de energía jajaja, ambas tienen 3 meses a ambos les encanta correr y trepar cosas, de hecho le tomé estas lindas fotos a Mily fue en ese momento cuando estaba descansando en un bote tejido que estaba arriba de la ventana.
Estuve leyendo sobre esta raza y encontré varias leyendas urbanas, por ejemplo que en Irlanda y Escocia se creía que traían buena suerte a sus dueños, es decir, se encargaban de ahuyentar a los malos espíritus y los antiguos celtas creían que un gato macho de carey alojado en una casa se consideraba un buen augurio. En general, estos gatitos han sido asociados con la buena suerte, el cambio, la mejora continua y la armonía en los hogares.
La verdad que me pareció muy curioso e interesante lo que descubrí jaja, si sabes algún otro dato curioso lo leo 😁😁

I want to introduce you to my granddaughter, her name is Mily, she is a very naughty Carey with infinite energy 😅 very contrary to her mother who has always been bitter since she was a baby hahaha but she is full of love. A curious fact about tortoiseshell cats is that they are a common breed but with a very characteristic coat that plays with white, orange and black. The vast majority are females since this characteristic practically never manifests itself in males and that is due to the chromosomes!
She has a sister who is very similar, I say they are twins, and yes, the most beautiful twins in my world, this other baby is called Milena, she is just as crazy and full of energy hahaha, they are both 3 months old, they both love it running and climbing things, in fact I took these nice photos of Mily at that moment when she was resting in a woven boat that was above the window.
I was reading about this breed and found several urban legends, for example that in Ireland and Scotland it was believed that they brought good luck to their owners, that is, they were in charge of chasing away bad spirits and the ancient Celts believed that a male tortoiseshell cat housed in a house was considered a good omen. In general, these kittens have been associated with good luck, change, continuous improvement and harmony in homes.
