Hello friends, animal and pet lovers.
In this new publication I am going to introduce you to my wild pets as I call them, because in fact they are not my pets, but the faithful companions of my mornings.
At home we always say that we do not need technological alarms, all the animals that surround us fulfill that function, and these birds that I want to show you make enough noise to wake up the whole urbanization.
It is a flock of alcaravans that visit us during the day due to the proximity we have to their natural habitat, the open plain.
They are medium-sized birds that generally travel in groups and emit a high-pitched sound to communicate with each other, well that's what I assume, because the song of one, the others respond in unison.
They look like a Swiss clock, punctual at 5:00 a.m. their unmistakable chirping starts, and so at 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m., they seem to be timed to form a hubbub every hour, so either you wake up or you wake up, there is no other option.
I had been wanting to photograph them for days, and today when they were especially noisy, I succumbed to their second call and got up, camera in hand, and also took the opportunity to record some short videos to give you an idea of why it is so difficult to stay in bed when they arrive.
It is almost impossible to fall asleep when these tero-tero, as they are also called, have decided it is time to wake up.
Now, I challenge you to watch the videos and listen to the chirping of these birds and try to sleep...XD

Hola amigos amantes de los animales y las mascotas.
En esta nueva publicación les voy a presentar a mis mascotas silvestres como yo les digo, porque en efecto no son mis mascotas, pero si las fieles compañeras de mis mañanas.
En casa siempre decimos que nosotros no necesitamos alarmas tecnológicas, todos los animales que nos rodean cumplen esa función, y estas aves que les quiero mostrar vaya que hacen el ruido suficiente para despertar a toda la urbanización.
Se trata de una bandada de alcaravanes que nos visitan durante el día dada la proximidad que tenemos de su habitad natural, el llano abierto. .
Son aves de tamaño mediano que generalmente andan en grupos y emiten un sonido bastante agudo para comunicarse entre sí, bueno eso es lo que yo asumo, porque al canto de una, responden las otras al unísono.
Parecen un reloj suizo, puntuales a las 5:00 a.m. inicia su inconfundible canto, y así a las 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m., parecen estar cronometradas para formar una algarabía cada hora, así que o te despiertas o te despiertas, no hay más opción.
Tenía días queriendo fotografiarlas, y hoy que fueron especialmente ruidosas, sucumbí a su segundo llamado y me levanté cámara en mano, aproveché también de grabar algunos vídeos cortos para que se hagan una idea del por qué es tan difícil quedarse en cama cuando ellos llegan.
Resulta casi imposible poder conciliar el sueño cuando estos tero-tero, como también les dicen, han decidido que es hora de despertar.
Ahora, yo los reto a ver los vídeos y escuchando el trinar de estas aves, intentar dormir...XD
