Good morning everyone.
As I wrote yesterday after an initial launch of this blog I stopped because I recognize that writing requires a certain concentration and perseverance that I find it hard to maintain .... but in recent months a bit of everything has really happened.
Slowly I will also talk about something else ... I will not leave the subject of Albania which indeed I think needs to be explored, but in our lives the experience of many street dogs has made room for it with arrogance. The work of my son Giosuè (veterinary doctor) went in parallel with the municipal funding for the sterilization and vaccination of street dogs ... in the morning in the clinic, in the afternoon for cows and goats in the villages and at night on the street "capture" the dogs which the next day were sterilized, registered, fed (for at least two days) and then brought back to their territory.
Often among these dogs there were dogs that you understood very well, from their behavior, that they were abandoned dogs and didn't grow up on the street. Some were too "good", lovable and above all weak to be able to stay on the street so many dogs arrived one after the other in our house waiting for adoption and in the end in 8/9 months we managed to get more than 30 dogs...ok it's a drop in the sea... But isn't the sea made up of many drops?
Now this thing requires not only time and dedication but also a considerable economic effort which today I can no longer face as I already have difficulty making ends meet... we are a large family with 12 children of whom only 2 are now economically self-sufficient.
I thought about making this blog grow and I need the help of all of you to do this and be able to raise funds for my project to make a shelter for stray dogs and continue to promote adoptions. Slowly I will also try to give professional information with the help of my son ... I hope to succeed. Trying does no harm to anyone. The photos inserted are those of some of the adopted dogs.

Buongiorno a tutti.
Come scrivevo ieri dopo un iniziale avvio di questo blog mi sono fermata perché riconosco che scrivere richiede una certa concentrazione e costanza che faccio fatica a mantenere....ma in questi mesi davvero è successo un po'di tutto.
Piano piano parlerò anche di altro ...non lascerò l'argomento Albania che anzi penso sia da approfondire,ma nella nostra vita si è fatto spazio con prepotenza il vissuto di molti cani di strada. Il lavoro di mio figlio Giosuè ( medico veterinario) è andato in parallelo con il finanziamento comunale per la sterilizzazione e vaccinazione dei cani di strada ...la mattina in clinica,il pomeriggio per i paesi da mucche e capre e la notte in strada a "catturare" i cani che poi il giorno dopo venivano sterilizzati , immatricolati, sfamati ( per almeno due giorni) e poi riportati nel loro territorio.
Spesso tra questi cani c'erano dei cani che si capiva benissimo, dal loro comportamento, che erano cani abbandonati e non cresciuti in strada. Alcuni erano troppo "bravi", amabili e soprattutto deboli per poter stare in strada così sono arrivati a turno uno dopo l'altro tanti cani in casa nostra in attesa di adozione e alla fine in 8/9 mesi siamo riusciti a fare adottare più di 30 cani...ok è una goccia nel mare... Ma il mare non è formato da tante gocce?
Ora questa cosa richiede oltre che al tempo e dedizione un notevole sforzo economico che ad oggi io non posso più affrontare avendo già difficoltà ad arrivare a fine mese...siamo una famiglia numerosa con 12 figli dei quali solo 2 ormai autosufficienti economicamente parlando.
Ho pensato di fare crescere questo blog e ho bisogno dell'aiuto di tutti voi per fare questo e poter raccogliere fondi da destinare al mio progetto di fare un rifugio per cani randagi e continuare a promuovere adozioni. Piano piano cercherò anche di dare delle informazioni professionali con l'aiuto di mio figlio... spero di riuscire. Tentare non nuoce a nessuno.
