El primer animal exótico que tendría sin duda alguna sería este. El delfín me encanta, en algún viaje a una isla de mi país vi algunos y me parecen encantadores pero desde que supe de la existencia de este en específico, me enamoré. Su carácter y tonalidad lo convierten en uno de los animales exóticos más reconocidos. Su hábitat se encuentra en la zona del río Amazonas y cuencas del río Orinoco. Se alimentan con peces, pequeñas tortugas y cangrejos.

Esta ave me parece poderosa, su grito de caza es intimidante y realmente magnifico.

Me parece una especie muy tierna, suelen ser bastante sociales y mueren de tristeza si no interactúa con otros en su entorno. Son animales nocturnos y de costumbres arborícolas. Debe su nombre común a su preferencia por los alimentos azúcar.

Esta especie es bastante parecida a la llama, pero no lo es. Su tierno rostro me da ternura y su pelaje es genial, estaría bueno abrazarlo jajaja. A la vista es un muy lindo animal, sin duda si no fuera exótico, lo tendría más cerca.
