Hace unos días me uní a esta iniciativa tan bonita que creó @medicenbecky en la que debemos mencionar 10 datos curiosos sobre nuestra mascota, en mi caso tengo dos mascotas. Ya hablé sobre mi perrita canela 10 datos sobre mi perrita

Ahora voy a contarles 10 datos curiosos sobre Pepino, nuestro periquito.
Now I am going to tell you 10 curious facts about Pepino, our parakeet.
1-. Era de mi abuela.
Lo conté en una oportunidad, este periquito se lo regalaron a mi abuela y ella lo amaba, aún enfermaba lo único que la animaba era hacerle cariños a Pepino. Mi abuelita murió, pero mi madre y yo seguimos cuidándolo en su nombre.
1-. It was from my grandmother.
I told it once, this parakeet was given to my grandmother and she loved him, she was still sick, the only thing that encouraged her was to make love to Pepino. My grandmother died, but my mother and I continue to care for him on his behalf.
2-. Es muy flexible.
Es gracioso verlo, se doble de maneras muy extraña, a veces logra voltear toda la cabeza. De verdad da mucha risa.

3-. Es muy curioso.
Siempre que me escucha o me ve a mí o a mi mamá, nos busca y nos sigue con la mirada.

Hace ruiditos muy lindos, sobre todo en las noches cuando ya tiene sueño. Es como un canto.

5-. Es el mejor amigo de mi perrita.
Resulta curioso que dos animales de especies tan distintas puedan ser amigos, pero sí, ellos lo son. Aunque Canela es como 10 veces más grande que él, no le tiene miedo. Se quieren mucho.

6-. Le gusta subirse a mi hombro.
Le encanta subirse a mi hombro y que lo cargue allí.

7-. Le encanta comer pasta.
Generalmente le damos frutas como cambur, melon y cosas así, pero le encanta la pasta también.

8-. Cuando nos ve comiendo, pide.
Se vuelve loco haciendo ruidos cuando nos ve comiendo, pidiendo comida.

9-. Su jaula está abierta todo el día.
Sólo le cerramos su jaula en las noches, del resto siempre está abierta y él sale y entra cuando quiere.

10-. Solo se deja agarrar por mí.
Se dejaba agarrar por mi abuela, pero ahora solo deja agarrarse por mí. Irónicamente no quiere a mi mamá y ella es quien le da su comida.
10-. It just lets me get hold of it.
She used to let my grandmother grab her, but now she only lets her grab me. Ironically, he doesn't love my mom and she's the one who gives him his food.
