Everyday life of our animals: Felicia and Buba

As I do from time to time, today I walked around the yard with my camera and took pictures of some of our animals and birds. This way our subscribers can make sure they are healthy and happy with their lives. The first was the ferret Felicia.

As you may remember, Felicia came to us as a tiny puppy. Her mother died and the baby needed help. Unfortunately, it cannot be released into the wild. But she is not too burdensome with life with us, ferrets are well tamed.

There is only one danger that she can kill the birds by running away. There is nothing to be done, such is the nature of this outwardly cute and harmless animal.

To minimize the risk of escaping when feeding or cleaning the enclosure, we made a special cage. Further on in the video you can see how it works. This simplifies the daily care of Felicia.

Opposite Felicia is a Little Owl Buba. Buba was unlucky enough to fall into tar. We, of course, gradually cleaned off him and the bird has already molted, but, unfortunately, it cannot fly. Like all owls, Buba is not too disposed to a person, therefore, he continues to hate me quietly, no matter how hard I try to look after him. This point should be borne in mind by anyone who wants to keep an owl at home. At the same time, take a look at the back wall of the aviary. The same fate awaits the walls of your apartment.

The video was made a little earlier, but I took all the photos today.
