Secondly maintain a healthy relationship with your family members which includes your wife and children, always communicate with them, play with them, most times our family members are the ones to encourage us during life challenges so we should be in good relationship with them, the will help our mental health.
Make sure you set realistic goals and make plans on how to reach such goals by breaking the goals down in a small group, always celebrate yourself when you achieve a certain goal this will help the brain 🧠 to regenerate.
