Saludos a todos de esta comunidad maravillosa de #marketfriday, esta es mi primera publicación aquí, y estoy complacida de poder mostrar mis compras en los supermercados de mi cuidad.

Greetings to everyone from this wonderful #marketfriday community, this is my first post here, and I am pleased to be able to showcase my grocery shopping in my hometown supermarkets.

Hoy es viernes, día de descanso y recreación para mi, me gusta pasar este día para hacer actividades que me relajen, para así poder comenzar una semana de positiva llenas de energías y bendiciones, A veces voy a la playa que es lo común en mi ya que vivo en una cuidad costera, al despertarme me aliste y prepare mi desayuno, café con arepas con atún aliñado.

Today is Sunday, day of rest and recreation for me, I like to spend this day to do activities that relax me, so I can start a positive week full of energy and blessings, Sometimes I go to the beach which is common for me since I live in a coastal city, when I wake up I get ready and prepare my breakfast, coffee with arepas and tuna with dressing.

A las 10 de la mañana me paso buscando mi novio, para irnos a conocer un nuevo supermercado de mi cuidad llamado el Hato Grill, al llegar nos agrado mucho el lugar ya que hay mucha variedad de víveres, licores, productos, charcutería carnicería, panadería, frutas, farmacia y un pequeño restaurante.

At 10 o'clock in the morning I was looking for my boyfriend, to go to a new supermarket in my city called the Hato Grill, when we arrived we liked the place because there is a lot of variety of groceries, liquors, products, butcher butcher, bakery, fruits, pharmacy and a small restaurant.

Quede encantada con el lugar, ya que es un ambiente agradable, organizado, iluminado super limpio y excelente atención y buenos precios de los artículos y productos. Aproveché de hacer unas compras, como carne, queso, frutas, leche liquida y harina pan, en el área de la farmacia compré unas pastillas de vitamina C remondadas para estos días de virus.

I was delighted with the place, as it is a pleasant environment, organized, illuminated, super clean and excellent service and good prices for items and products.
I took the opportunity to make some purchases, such as meat, cheese, fruits, liquid milk and flour bread, in the pharmacy area I bought some vitamin C pills for these days of virus.

Luego, nos dirigimos al área de la panadería compramos pan y unas ricas cachapas para el almuerzo, también el café que no puede faltar, degustamos de esa rica comida porque de verdad son recomendadas, muy naturales.

Then, we went to the bakery area to buy bread and some delicious cachapas for lunch, also the coffee that can not be missed, we tasted this delicious food because they are really recommended, very natural.

Esta rica cachapa es muy natural, de maíz tierno con pernil asado, aguacate y queso Guayanés que la hacen irresistible, de verdad que son deliciosas

El restaurante estaba con muchas personas, en esta semana de cuarentena flexibilización, así que mantenemos las normas de bioseguridad.
Luego que comimos nos deleitamos un rico Capuchino y brindamos por un día lleno de bendiciones.

The restaurant was full of people, in this week of quarantine flexibilization, so we maintain the biosecurity norms.
After we ate we enjoyed a delicious Cappuccino and toasted to a day full of blessings.

A la hora de la cena me preparé algo ligero como galletas integrales con crema de berenjena, tomates con ajonjolí y un rico yogurt de fresa, que compré en el supermercado, mire un programa en mi canal favorito hasta que me dormí muy temprano.

At dinner time I prepared something light like whole wheat crackers with eggplant cream, tomatoes with sesame seeds and a delicious strawberry yogurt, which I bought at the supermarket, and I watched a program on my favorite channel until I fell asleep very early.
