Hello dear readers! Surely many of us are interested in what kind of establishments exist in different countries. For example, it is always interesting for me to read about cafes, restaurants, shops, markets in those countries where I have not been and probably never will be.
Today I want to show you a Ukrainian cafe. Somehow it reminded me of a miniature McDonald's. Although, McDonald's is much more interesting and the choice of food is greater.
So, the cafe is called The Budka.
This chain of establishments is quite recognizable in large cities of Ukraine, but there is still one cafe in my region. And of course I went there! Not alone, we went there with my daughter. My daughter and I always visit new establishments. Firstly, it's funny, and secondly, we love to eat deliciously.
By the way, I did not write a welcome post for @osd, I will briefly meet you. This is me, in English my name sounds Alex, in Ukrainian Olesya. I am 40 years old and have an 18 year old daughter.
Back to The Budka. In the morning my daughter and I woke up and went to a cafe. Inside, the room is very small, but cozy. On the wall, the graffiti says "Your taste is our priority", funny thought. Wooden tables, menu, bar, everything is as usual. Prices ...
Here we were surprised, they are slightly higher than in other establishments. Here is a menu on the table with prices for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. You can navigate like this 26 hryvnia = $ 1.
Yes, for this amount I could fill the refrigerator for a three-day supply of food! But, since my daughter and I came, it was inconvenient to leave empty-handed. Bought a pizza with bacon. And yes, we now have a Covid-19 pandemic, so they only serve takeaway.
We paid for our order and went outside. The pizza was so fragrant that my daughter and I decided to eat it outdoors! She was wonderful and the price was decent enough. The diameter of the pizza is 45 centimeters at a price of 125 hryvnia, in dollar terms it is $ 4.74.
In general, Covid-19 affects the attendance of establishments, mainly the take-away sale. To sit in a cafe at a table, you must be vaccinated and have a vaccination certificate. The Ukrainian buyer is in no hurry to vaccinate, we were intimidated that the vaccine is dangerous to health. Perhaps she brings death! I don't even know where this rumor came from.

Привіт, дорогі читачі! Напевно, багатьом з нас цікаво, які існують заклади в різних країнах. Мені, наприклад, завжди цікаво читати про кафе, ресторани, магазини, ринки в тих країнах, де я не була і напевно ніколи не буду.
Сьогодні хочу показати українське кафе. Чимось воно мені нагадало Макдональдс у мініатюрі. Хоча, у Макдональдсі набагато цікавіший і вибір їжі більший.
Отже, кафе називається The Budka.
Ця мережа закладів досить впізнавана у великих містах України, але в моєму регіоні поки що одне кафе. І звісно ж я туди вирушила! Не сама, ми пішли туди з дочкою. Ми завжди із донькою відвідуємо нові заклади. По-перше, це кумедно, по-друге, смачно любимо поїсти.
До речі, я не писала для @osd вітальний пост, коротко познайомлюсь із вами. Це я, англійською моє ім'я звучить Alex, українською Олеся. Мені 40 років і маю 18-річну дочку.
Повернуся до The Budka. Вранці ми з донькою прокинулися і вирушили до кафе. Всередині приміщення дуже мале, але було затишно. На стіні графіті говорить "Ваш смак наш пріоритет", кумедно придумано. Дерев'яні столики, меню, стійка бару, як завжди. Ціни...
Тут ми були здивовані, вони трохи вищі, ніж у інших закладах. Ось на столику меню з цінами сніданків, обідів та вечерь. Орієнтуватися можна так 26 гривень = 1$.
Та я за таку суму змогла б наповнити холодильник на триденний запас! Але, коли ми з дочкою прийшли, незручно було йти з порожніми руками. Купили піцу з беконом. Так, у нас зараз пандемія Covid-19, тому обслуговують тільки на винос.
Ми оплатили своє замовлення та вирушили на вулицю. Піца така ароматна була, що ми з донькою вирішили її їсти на свіжому повітрі! Вона була чудовою, і ціна досить пристойна. Діаметр піци 45 сантиметрів за ціною 125 гривень, у доларовому еквіваленті це 4,74 $.
Взагалі Covid-19 впливає на відвідування закладів, в основному продаж на виніс. Щоб посидіти в кафе за столиком, слід вакцинуватися і мати сертифікат про вакцинацію. Український покупець не поспішає робити вакцинації, нас залякали, що вакцина є небезпечною для здоров'я. Можливо, вона несе смерть! Навіть не знаю, звідки народився такий слух...
